Billy Cobham & Frankfurt Radio Big Band - Broad Horizon CD
In the summer of 2016, Billy Cobham & Frankfurt Radio Big Band will release a CD titled “Broad Horizon,” a brand new Fusion/Rock full length album. Ever since his breakthrough in the early 1970s – as a founding member of the Mahavishnu Orchestra, and as a drummer/leader whose recordings (such as Spectrum 40 and Tales from the Skeleton Coast) and powerful, complex style of play exerted a strong influence on the course of jazz and jazz-fusion – Billy Cobham has remained a tireless musical explorer. Panamanian by birth, a New Yorker by upbringing, and a resident of Switzerland for more than 25 years, Cobham has pursued an ever-broadening, ever-deepening engagement with the world not only as a master drummer and percussionist but as a composer, producer, educator, and clinician who gives service through music even as he constantly expands his personal creative expression.

The Return of the Tru Ganjaman CD
Brooklyn-born Reggae pioneer Rocker-T announces the release of his newest album, The Return of the Tru Ganjaman, featuring Reggae Legends Mykal Rose (Black Uhuru), Prezident Brown and UK Reggae Superstar Gappy Ranks. The new album showcases some great original songs, along with some inspired remixes of some older songs from some well-known producers. The 19-track release (16 songs on the CD and 3 bonus tracks on the digital album) is put out through Luvinnit Productions, Rocker-T’s own independent record label, on June 17th, 2016. The album has many other amazing guest features including Mr. Williamz, Skip Wicked (Indubious), Mama-T, Ras Indio, and Jah Wave, and spans many genres while staying rooted in the conscious Dancehall reggae that Rocker-T is known for.

Katie Garibaldi - Rooted Clairty EP
With seven albums released to date and an endorsement with Breedlove Stringed Instruments, Katie Garibaldi has proven to be an artist with staying power. She is an avid national touring performer who has acquired a devoted fan base due to her engaging live shows and personal connection to her listeners. Rooted Clarity is a bit of a departure from her latest countrified and love-story centered Follow Your Heart album, with a return to her folk-driven roots and a fresh orchestral vibe featuring a mix of classical and country string players, and songs that focus on self-discovery and faith. With an effortless-sounding and moving production, the record smartly spotlights Garibaldi’s soulful and compelling vocals—a sweet soprano that weaves between airy and operatic, taking the listener into the emotional depths of the stories told in these five brand new original songs.

The first 7-track EP is titled “TALK SICK” (the second EP is tentatively titled “ENTROPY"). The Physical CD and vinyl release was August 21, 2015. This EP is a musical collaboration written by Carlton Bost, Bobby Amaro, Nic Speck, Creighton Emrick and Jay Gordon. The new sound for ORGY has great lyrics, melodies, and heavy guitars. ORGY is featured in Runway Magazine’s spring issue and is touring the USA in major markets throughout 2015 and 2016.

Hip-Hop group Zion I continued to forge new ground musically on their LP Shadowboxing, a beat-heavy hip-hop album decidedly grittier than past projects. A longstanding member of the Santana band, Bill Ortiz is proud to present his full-length release titled Highest Wish. A follow up to his “Winter in America” EP released earlier that year, this album project features conscious emcees such as Casual, The Grouch, Zumbi (Zion I) and K-Maxx, as well as fellow Santana member (and 11 time Grammy® Award Winner) Tony Lindsey, and iconic poet vocalist Linda Tillery, featured on a spoken word performance of Dr. Martin Luther King's Nobel Peace Prize speech. “Carlos has always used music to inspire and bring people together,” explains Ortiz. “I try to follow in that tradition. I’ve been really inspired by some of the Bay Area hip-hop artists like Casual, Zumbi and the Grouch.
Mickey Hart Band - Mysterium Tremendum CD TSP#0101 IDC#0478
On Mysterium Tremendum, The Mickey Hart Band consists of Widespread Panic bassist Dave Schools, Grammy winning percussionist and longtime band mate Sikiru Adepoju, Tony Award winning vocalist Crystal Monee Hall, singer Tim Hockenberry, drummer Ian "Inx" Herman, guitarist Gawain Matthews, and keyboardist / producer, Ben Yonas. Mysterium Tremendum will be released by Hart's own 360° Productions. The album, recorded at Hart's Studio X in Sonoma County, CA, was co-produced by Hart and Ben Yonas. Special guests Steve Kimock, Reed Mathis appear on select tracks as well as long time collaborators, Zakir Hussain, and Giovanni Hidalgo.
