Transitions Rehabilitation ProgramWhen mental health disorders disrupt life, some patients attempt to self-medicate using alcohol and drugs. Alternatively, long-term use of addictive substances can lead to mental and emotional problems. The symptoms of one disorder can worsen the symptoms of the other. Many who struggle with substance use also suffer from a co-occurring mental health issue that intensifies their addiction. When these disorders are treated simultaneously, the healing process can begin. The Transitions Program offers a dual diagnosis inpatient program to treat addiction and mental health disorders. It aims to help patients address the underlying issues that may be causing addiction to drugs or alcohol while also treating the mental and emotional problems that addiction can create. This safe, structured environment is designed to help promote overall healing and recovery. For no-cost, 24-hour assessments or more information call 800-477-3422 or 662-895-4900.
