A.1.1. Carry out legal procedures and obtaining licenses, architectural, structural and soil designs, budgeting and scheduling of labor, and electrical and hydraulic design.A.1.2. Construction and refurbishment - Development of works: Preliminary, foundations, structure, electrical installations, masonry, plaster, veneer and appliances, floors and bases, metal and wood carpentry, ceilings, locks and hardware, labor and cleaning costs, supervision, and administration of the work.A.1.3.
