Our Ceremony SpacesTHE BARNOur old woolshed has been transformed into a trulyversatile space. Ceremonies in the Barn can takeadvantage of the heating and cooling. A perfectlocation for a smaller sized, winter wedding.GARDEN MARQUEEA concrete path leads guests from the main courtyarddirectly to the garden marquee. A great indoor optionthat still gives you and your guests an "outdoor" feelwith synthetic grass, lots of natural light and 2 hugebarn doors as a backdrop. Permanently set with 100white lawn chairs making the garden marquee a verycomfortable and no stress ceremony option for youand your guests! THE LAWNThere are several locations on our lawn offeringdifferent backdrops for your ceremony. The choice isyours. Having a ceremony on the lawn means yourguests don't have far to travel to arrive at yourreception!THE BIG TREEOur 600-year-old gum tree is located 400m from thevenue within one of our paddocks. A relaxing 4-minutewalk through farmland will bring your guests to thistruly magical location, a unique ceremony locationthat won't be forgotten! THE BARNOriginally a working woolshed, the Barn has now beenrefurbished to a beautiful mixture of timber, raw ironand soft ambient lighting. A truly versatile space foryour ceremony, cocktail/seated dining or dancefloor.We can cater for up to 150 guests cocktail style or aseated dinner for 120 guests - you decide! THE BAROur intimate Bar is inspired by a yesteryear cigarlounge with rich velvet fabrics, deep earthy tones andexposed timbers. The Bar allows access to thecommercial kitchen and a sleek marble servery. TheBar is the perfect place for arrival drinks and canapésor simply a place for your guests to retire as the nightdraws to a close.THE COURTYARDCentrally located between the Bar and the Barn, theCourtyard is framed by 195 meters of festoonlighting making this the perfect space for any weddingformality. Wedding PlanningWe understand that most couples have never planned a wedding before so we are here to holdyour hand every step of the way by offering suggestions and advice for planning your perfectday.Upon securing your wedding date, you will meet with one of our dedicated wedding planners foran “Initial Welcome Planning Meeting”. After this meeting, we offer as many emails/phonecalls/site visits as required to guide you through planning your dream day.Closer to your wedding day, you will have your “Final Planning Meeting”. During this meeting,we will create an event order and design your floor plan with you, as well as an inclementweather plan for your piece of mind. The week of your wedding, we liaise with all suppliers toensure nothing is overlooked on your wedding day.You’ll receive unlimited support in the lead-up to your wedding and we’ll be there on the day,from start to finish overseeing all aspects of the day’s events and suppliers involved. Our couples have theluxury of hand-picking all their incredible suppliers but our on day coordinator and eventmanager are there to ensure that suppliers work together to deliver a flawless event. Our on day coordinator is essential to ensuring that the floor plan is set as you designed withyour assigned planner. They will style your personal items, help suppliers bump in, welcomeyour guests and of course, assist both parties at ceremony. You don’t need to lift a finger on yourwedding day!Our Night Manager takes over from our on day coordinator for your reception. Their role is toassist in the running of your reception, working with your MC and suppliers to ensure the timingof things like canape service, main meals, speeches, cake cutting, first dance, etc are met. Rocklea Farm also have staff onsite who work alongside the on day coordinator and nightmanager in keeping the venue always looking it’s best and your guests as comfortable aspossible. Glamping InformationOUR GLAMPING TENTS (peak season only)We offer up to ten canvas bell tents that sleep 2 guests each. Thededicated glamping paddock is a stone’s throw from our event venue. All tents have access to power for lighting and to recharge yourdevices. Insect screens help keep the creepy crawlies out but stillallow air flow through the tents. Real king size, inner springmattresses with crisp white linen will leave you waking refreshed.Each tent has a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher for your safety.THE FACILITIESShared women’s, men’s, accessible showers and toilets are availablefor glamping guests. Glamping guests are welcome to use theCourtyard/fire pit/marquee area for socialising after a wedding.At the entrance of the glamping paddock you will find our campkitchen and dining area where breakfast awaits the next morning. HOW TO BOOKLet us know if you are interested in glamping when booking yourwedding date. At your planning meeting (6-8 weeks before yourwedding) we will create a unique booking code and link for you topass onto the guests you would like to stay the night. VENUE INSPECTIONCome and experience the beauty of Rocklea Farm for yourself! We welcome venueinspections, please contact our Events Team today to arrange an appointment. INCLEMENT WEATHER OPTIONSWe hope your wedding day is blessed with the perfect weather but rest assured that ifit's not we have both undercover and indoor back up locations to host your ceremonyand/or reception. DEPOSITWeddings booked within 12 months of your chosen date require a non-refundable 50%deposit of the total booking fee to secure your booking. The remaining 50% is due 60days prior to your wedding day. Weddings booked outside 12 months of your chosendate require a $2000 deposit to secure your booking. A 2nd instalment requesting theoutstanding amount totalling 50% of the total booking fee is due 12 months prior. Theremaining 50% is due 60 days prior to your wedding day. Payment plans are available,let us know if you are interested in this option.PRICESThe prices contained within this package are inclusive of GST and are current at thetime of issue. Weddings booked on public holidays will incur a 15% surcharge to allcosts. Weddings booked on the eve of a public holiday will be at the Friday/Saturdayrate of that season. Please note Rocklea Farm does not accept wedding bookings onChristmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, EasterSaturday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday or ANZAC Day.SECURITYWeddings with more than 100 adult guests may require a security guard at your cost.YourEvent Manager will arrange security on your behalf.CANCELLATIONSIn the unfortunate event of a cancellation, your deposit and subsequent payments willbe non-refundable and non-transferable if we are unable to secure a wedding of thesame rate on thedate of your contracted wedding. A Note From The Owners "We purchased Rocklea in 2013 with the dream of raising our familyon a farm,as both our parents had done for us. After years ofexperiencing the joys of country life, we found a way to share thisexperience with others by creating a wedding and events venuewithin and around our old woolshed. We focused on blending rusticfarm elements with the modern luxuries, achieving a relaxingspacefor making lifelong memories.
