THE VIEW | FALL 20255Nearly three years ago, in June 2022, your Board of Directors and Management Team stood before you with a bold vision - Renew ’22. With 86% Member approval, you entrusted the Board and Management with a $23.3 million two-phased project to modernize key areas of the Club. That vote was about more than funding, it was a vote of confidence. You trusted us to deliver a project that reflected Member needs, maintained your experience during construction, upheld fiscal responsibility, and produced a result you’d be proud of. I’m pleased to report that we delivered on that trust. Phase I (Youth and Administration), completed in December 2023, came in 14% under budget. While Phase I was underway, the project team worked diligently to finalize pricing and contracts for Phase II—the most complex and costly phase of the project. Despite global market pressures, the Board maintained fiscal responsibility by using proper governance to manage rising costs without compromising quality or timelines. Through strong cash flow and higher-than-expected revenues, the project was completed on time with significantly less debt than anticipated. This resulted in meaninul savings on debt servicing and has strenhened the Club’s long-term financial position. As of June 7, Acres, the HCC Café, and our new Member Services lobbies were open - on time and just in time for patio season! These spaces were built for you - with your trust, engagement, and patience. They represent more than new facilities, they represent community. Food and beverage has always been a gathering point for this community, and it has been heartening to see so many familiar faces return and new ones join. To those who stayed with us through construction, and to those reconnecting now, welcome home! We marked the oicial opening of Renew ’22 with a ribbon cuing at our Past Presidents Dinner - a symbolic moment of progress and legacy.Every Past President/Chair, and their Boards, have contributed to Hollyburn’s journey, laying the foundation we continue to build on today. In their honour, we’ve named one of our new spaces the Legacy Room, celebrating the milestones and memories that define our story.Next time you are in Acres, make sure you check out many of the Club’s cherished memories on the wall. Our Acres restaurant oers something for everyone: a refined 19+ dining room, a vibrant bar and lounge, a polished family space, and a patio already the envy of other clubs. The feedback on Acres has been incredibly positive and revenue is indicative of Members enjoying their new space. Our new H.C.C. Café has also been a homerun success. Members have been praising the new vibrant atmosphere and menu oerings. The H.C.C. Café is now buzzing from open to close with Members of all ages. The Café patio is covered and ideal for a morning coee or a casual aernoon drink. CEO/GM REPORT
THE VIEW | FALL 20256To date, we have been open just over one month and are still working through the complexities of launching multiple new food and beverage outlets. In the weeks leading up to opening, we onboarded more than 80 new food and beverage team members. Since then, we have continued to train sta and adapt to Member traic paerns in the new spaces. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through the final stages of the opening process and address a few remaining deficiencies. Your feedback during these opening months is critical and I encourage you to let us know how we are doing. Your feedback is welcome in-person by speaking with a Manager, through “You Speak, We Listen” or ideally, through our food and beverage survey. The food and beverage survey will be sent randomly to Members who have dined with us or can be done in real time using the QR code located in the billfolds. These new spaces are now yours to enjoy. We encourage you to support them oen and in return, we promise to keep striving to deliver an experience you are proud to share with your friends and family. Speaking of friends and family, we encourage you to consider Hollyburn’s new event space “Hi-View” for an upcoming celebration or holiday party (too soon?). Our Creekside Room is across from the hostess stand and is the perfect location for a Chef’s Dinner or corporate meeting for up to 14 people. To inquire on any of our event spaces, please contact Sara Nokhaili at snokhaili@hollyburn.org. To those who contributed to this project - Members, professionals, and advisors, thank you!Special thanks to the Renew ’22 Member Advisory Commiee and the Renew ’22 Commiee, chaired by Paul Conibear, whose guidance and oversight were instrumental to the project’s success. THE VIEW | FALL 20258WELCOME HOMEWe Did It, Hollyburn!Aer 18 months of dedicated work, we’re thrilled to announce that Renew ‘22 is oicially complete! Our brand-new facilities are now open — and already being enjoyed by our Members.A huge thank you to everyone who has stopped by the new HCC Café or Acres in their first month of operation. Your enthusiasm and support mean the world to us.As always, we’re commied to evolving our standards and procedures to provide the best possible experience. To help us do that, we value your feedback. If you’ve dined at Acres, please take a moment to share your thoughts by completing this brief survey. Your input will help us understand how we’re doing and where we can improve:Discover the full story behind your new spaces in the following booklet, including construction milestones, design inspiration, stunning transformation photos, and an introduction to our passionate new Food & Beverage leadership team.A Legacy Reimagined: The Story of Renew ’22 In 2022, Hollyburn proudly launched Renew ’22—a bold, Member-endorsed revitalization project focused on transforming the heart of our Club: the food and beverage experience. At its core was a clear promise—to deliver the dining, connection, and hospitality that Members had asked for, in spaces that inspire pride and community. The former Panorama Bar & Grill, last renovated in the 1990s, was no longer aligned with the standards or needs of today’s Hollyburn. Cramped kitchens and outdated layouts limited both service and quality. Renew ’22 became our opportunity to reset and reimagine—with the creation of two new signature venues: a main restaurant (Acres) and a café (Hollyburn Coee Club), supported by modern kitchens, refreshed event spaces, and redesigned entrances that reflect the best of who we are. Backed by an overwhelming 85.8% Member approval, the $23.3 million project was funded through a combination of Club cash reserves and bank financing. The revitalization was carefully staged across two phases to minimize Member disruption while maximizing impact. Project Overview Phase I, completed in December 2023, focused on reshaping internal spaces to enhance Member services. This included the creation of a new Childcare Centre, featuring four dedicated programming rooms and an outdoor playground, as well as the relocation of Administration oices to the former Creekside events room. This move allowed for the future events space to occupy a premium location at the front of the Club—providing enhanced views, improved accessibility, and an ideal seing for hosting guests. SCAN ME!
THE VIEW | FALL 20259Phase II, launched in January 2024, began the complete transformation of Hollyburn’s food and beverage facilities and main entrances. The project, led by Heatherbrae Builders, was executed with precision in an occupied environment, maintaining Club operations throughout. With expert input from hcma (lead architects), the Board of Directors, the Renew ’22 Commiee, and the Member Design Advisory Commiee, the project has remained on schedule, with final completion set for June 2025. Construction & Design Throughout 2024 and into 2025, Members have watched the transformation unfold in real time—from seismic upgrades and concrete work to the installation of state-of-the-art kitchens, sleek glazing, high-end finishes, and custom furnishings. The food and beverage spaces were completely gued and reimagined from the ground up, with a redesigned layout that maximizes functionality and expands the building’s footprint. The expanded space enabled the Club to create distinct zones within the main restaurant, allowing Members to choose their experience- family dining, bar/lounge, and 19+ dining, on Level 2, or a casual café, and dedicated event space on Level 1. The result is a reimagined Club environment that embraces our “West Coast Modern with a Warm Heart” design philosophy—blending natural materials like stone, wood, and glass to reflect the beauty of our West Vancouver surroundings. A new 4,000 sq main kitchen and thoughtful layout provide the infrastructure necessary for exceptional, consistent service across all venues. The 18-month construction timeline for Phase II progressed smoothly and the project is being delivered on schedule, ensuring Members can enjoy the new patios and enhanced amenities just in time for summer 2025. A New Era Begins Now, as we welcome Members into this new era of elevated connection and community, Renew ’22 delivers fully on its vision. From the first impression at the new entrances to the final toast at Acres, every detail of the revitalization reflects our Club’s commitment to excellence, tradition, and hospitality. This is Hollyburn—renewed, redefined, and ready for the future.

THE VIEW | FALL 202526YOU SPEAK, WE LISTENMember Why is there a dress code—specifically, no athletic aire—in the adult dining room at Acres?Management: Members expressed a desire for a more elevated dining atmosphere, and many are now enjoying the enhanced experience the adult dining room oers. The dress code supports this ambiance by seing a distinct standard, giving Members the option to enjoy a refined environment if they choose. At the same time, we continue to oer several relaxed spaces, including the all-ages dining room, bar area, and patio, where athletic aire is welcome. The adult dining room dress code allows for flexibility and choice, ensuring all Members can find the atmosphere that suits them best. Member The internet really needs improvements. It’s diicult to get a strong signal across the property, and the Wi-Fi is slow to connect—if it connects at all.Management: Thank you for your feedback. We’re currently in the process of upgrading our network infrastructure across the property, transitioning from our older system to a more modern, high-performance platform. This shi is taking place in phases, to ensure minimal disruption. As we complete these updates, Members can expect noticeably improved connectivity, faster speeds, and more reliable coverage throughout the club. In the interim, there may be occasional inconsistencies as devices move between the legacy and upgraded networks. If you experience issues, a quick fix is to “forget” the Wi-Fi network on your device and reconnect. We’ve seen excellent results from our newly installed zones, with strong and consistent coverage, and we’re confident the full system will deliver a much beer experience once the transition is complete. Member We had a mix-up with our reservation in one of the new dining areas and were initially unsure if we’d be able to be accommodated. Coltan stepped in with his usual calm and can-do aitude. He quickly assessed the situation, reassured us, and made it happen, securing seating for our group with the support of the chef and team.Coltan has been a familiar and trusted presence at the Club for years, and his consistently cheerful, helpful, and kind approach truly sets him apart. His commitment to exceptional service makes a real dierence, he’s a gem! Member I absolutely love the new HCC Cafe. During my visit today, I noticed the menu wall can be diicult for some of our Senior Members to read, especially during busy times. Would it be possible to provide printed menus at the coee station counter? Everything looks beautiful, and my family has been visiting far more oen—multiple times this week alone. The new breakfast menu is excellent. Thank you!Management: Thank you for your kind words, we’re delighted to hear your family is enjoying the new space. We’ve received similar feedback about the menu wall and will be providing printed copies at the coee station for easier access. Thank you for advocating on behalf of our Senior Members and for your continued support. Member I just wanted to share how much I love the chilled, refrigerated face towels in the women’s spa, they’re such a refreshing touch. I also really appreciate the lemon-infused water. It’s a small detail, but such a wonderful treat that enhances the whole experience.
THE VIEW | FALL 202527Member First of all, the new dining room, lounge, and deck are absolutely beautiful—such thoughtfully designed spaces. The new menus are excellent as well. As a suggestion, with more people choosing non-alcoholic options, it would be wonderful to see a non-alcoholic cider added to the beverage list.Management: Thank you so much for your kind words—we’re delighted to hear you’re enjoying the new spaces and menus. We also appreciate your thoughtful suggestion regarding non-alcoholic cider. It’s an excellent idea, and we’ve passed it along to our Bar Manager, Lynn, for consideration as we continue to gather feedback and refine our oerings. We truly value input like yours—please continue to share your thoughts as we evolve. Member Congratulations to the entire HCC team on the new restaurant, it’s absolutely lovely. The food was amazing, and we also noticed the welcome shi in pricing. We just enjoyed a fantastic dinner for our family of five, now that our kids are ordering o the regular menu, for only $200. Dining at HCC weekly (or more!) is definitely back on the calendar for us. Well done! Member Can I view the menus before visiting Acres? What’s being served?Management: Absolutely. All menus are available on the Hollyburn App under the Dining section. You'll find the All-Day Menu (11am–late), the 4pm Elevated Menu, Sushi Menu, and Drink Menu—which includes Happy Hour and desserts. Enjoy!MemberWell done! We had the pleasure of enjoying our first dinner at Acres on Tuesday, and it was a fantastic experience. The drinks were excellent, and the octopus salad along with the iceberg leuce wedge topped with prawns le a lasting impression. These dishes alone will certainly bring us back to explore more of the menu. The venue, the cuisine, and the service all lived up to the standards one expects from a first-class private club. MemberPlease send out a reminder that the fitness area parking is designated specifically for fitness users. With ongoing construction and increased activity from swimmers, tennis players, fitness members, and hockey participants, parking congestion has become a concern.Management: Thank you for sharing your feedback through our “You Speak, We Listen” form. We understand parking challenges can be frustrating, and improving this experience is a key priority. While the Northwest lot serves multiple user groups, we don't plan to restrict it to specific activities. Instead, we're implementing improvements for all Members, including automated stall counters (coming in the next two months) to show real-time availability, and increased parking patrols to ensure Member spaces are used appropriately. We value your input and would be happy to connect over coee if you'd like to share more suggestions.Thank you again for being an engaged part of our community.

THE VIEW | FALL 202531FEATURED ATHLETETom Jiao is a 14-year-old swimmer who has been part of the sport for two and a half years, all of which he has spent training and competing at Hollyburn. He first started swimming at the age of 12, despite being scared of water at the time. What keeps him going is his persistence, which is the key quality that helps him push through hard practices. He finds motivation by thinking about Pan Zhanle, the Olympic gold medalist in the 100m Freestyle, who reminds him to believe in himself even when the challenge seems big. That same persistence carries over into other parts of Tom’s life, including school and violin. He has been playing the violin for 11 years and approaches it with the same dedication he brings to the pool. Outside of swimming, Tom also enjoys skiing recreationally, though it is just for fun and not something he does competitively. Among his biggest achievements in swimming is earning his first Provincial time aer many long hours of training. Looking ahead, his goals include achieving more Provincial standards, working toward qualifying for Nationals, and ultimately beating the time of his teammate Burton Li. Even though Tom has only known Burton for a year, he has been a major influence, encouraging Tom to train harder and always bringing positive energy to the team. Tom loves being in the water and enjoys the excitement of reaching new personal bests aer intense practice. He also values the camaraderie of his teammates, who cheer him on and make training sessions more enjoyable. When he succeeds in a race, Tom rewards himself with a few days of indulgent food. If things don’t go well, he focuses on training even harder so he can come back stronger in the next competition.Tom Jiao Aquatics
THE VIEW | FALL 202532FEATURED ATHLETEAshley Yiu is a 14-year-old tennis player who has been playing since she was 5, with nine years of experience and four at Hollyburn. Over time, she's developed a few good luck rituals, like bouncing the ball three times before serving and switching racquets between sets—believing these small habits help her play beer and stay focused. Her love for tennis, patience, and adaptability have been key to her success. Ashley recalls a time when she was too embarrassed to play in front of older players and would hide in the washroom during practice. Today, she trains confidently alongside those same players, having gained self-belief through dedication and growth. She understands that skills take time to build and that every mistake is part of the process. Being adaptable helps her thrive under pressure, especially when it’s just her on the court. Tennis has played a major role in shaping who Ashley is. Team sports have taught her the value of communication and support, while individual competition has built her mental strenh and accountability. Balancing tennis with academics has helped her develop strong time management and prioritize what maers most. Though it sometimes means turning down social plans, she sees it as part of the commitment to her goals. A standout piece of advice from her coach—“be comfortable with being uncomfortable”—continues to guide her through challenges on and o the court. She’s also learned to be thankful for every experience, even losses, recognizing that setbacks lead to growth. Ashley’s next goals include staying consistent with training, even during busy times, and continuing to improve both physically and mentally. Her ultimate aim is to strenhen her mindset, knowing that a resilient aitude is what truly sets top athletes apart, both in tennis and in life.Ashley Yiu TennisMOHAMMAD MOLAVIDirectorCHRIS JOHNSTONVice ChairALAN HOWIETreasurerROLA PRIATELDirectorDAVID BELLDirectorPAUL CONIBEARDirectorJOELLE CRANESecretaryDIANE KENNEDYDirectorBoard of Directors2025/2026DARRIN DECOSTADirectorIRIS LODirectorCLAY STEIROChairAGM202565thAnnual General Meeting

We also said fond farewell to six of our graduating students who are entering University this fall.Past school year music was played at the Club 4200 hours! We are adding a bit more space for piano and drums lessons in the fall. All teachers combined have 66 years of experience teaching at the Club! Currently we have four teachers teaching piano in three studios: Vlada Mars, Studio 1, Alanna Ho, Studio 2, Chihiro Honma and Nina Djokic, Studio 5; as well as Mark Klausmayer, guitar, Studio 3, Sherrie Christianson, voice, Studio 4, and Sheldon D’Eith, drums, Studio 6. This fall we are introducing a new and exciting music program for adults:Hollyburn Voices – a choir on Mondays morning, with conductor and a piano accompanist, with the goal to do Christmas Carroling in December and bring extra cheer around the Club. You can sign up to this program on gametime. No experience required, just love for singing and socializing! To help you navigate plans for music lessons here are the most frequent questions:1. When is the good time to start music lessons? It really depends on instrument: piano age 5 and up, drums and voice 6 and up, guitar 8 and up. The best time is when child shows interest and knows a lile bit to read and is commied to practice. 2. Do I need an instrument?Yes! You don’t have to buy an instrument to start but you can rent one for the first few months or one year until you are sure you want to continue to play. Your teacher will help you with choosing the best instrument.3. How much practicing?Without regular practicing there will be no improvement. We expect beginners to practice 3 times a week and practicing should be increased in duration every year. We also know that students don’t remember always to practice so help from parents is welcomed. 4. What about adult music lessons?Adult lessons are becoming more popular! We oer lessons for all instruments and voice and encourage adults to take advantage of ‘pay-as-you-go’ basis to fit their schedule. 5. What music lessons are oered at the Club?We oer piano, drums, guitar, bass guitar, ukulele, and voice lessons with highly qualified teachers. 6. How to sign up for music lessons? Our program is running from September till June, but based on our availability we accept new students throughout the school year. Sign up is via email only. Once you sign up you don’t have to re-register. Vlada Mars Music Coordinator

It was Spring, 2025 and as the skaters started to arrive, warm up, skate around…. I smiled. There they were: excited and ready to skate! All 13 of them were on time, focused, and happy. The music was going, and they knew what to do. I had grown a team of coaches, and we were all supporting these skaters to grow. A special skating experience was born. It was an emotional moment. Only a year before, I had consistently been the only one on the ice. Waiting and skating around, usually for an hour before anyone showed up to skate… I had to believe in it before anyone else could see it and trust that people would want to participate. Now, a year later, there were glowing faces and many lile figure skaters rockin’ their Friday aernoon! I turned to the parents and thanked them one by one for helping me to build the beginning of the new Skating Community. This Fall marks the full re-opening of the Club aer the Renew ’22 initiative, and we’ll all be stepping into a new era here at Hollyburn. When I arrived at the Club in 2023, there were renovations needed in the Skating Department as well. Simply put: the past was complete, and new energy was now required to build a new chapter. The analogy that felt the most compelling to me was Metamorphosis! Exactly the experience of learning to figure skate, the process of metamorphosis is so key in the transformation of an athlete and even a group of skaters. Let’s dive in. The Egg Before anything is visible, the idea of something must be born. One of the mentors I’ve had calls it an ‘idea baby’ when you bring together thoughts and intentions from dierent areas and combine them to create something new. That new idea for me was to shi the entire context of skating from traditional Figure Skating to a modern-day Skating Experience. Inclusive classes, opportunities for both hockey and figure skaters, as well as Adult Sessions. Driven by community and powered by focus and fun, this new Skating Community is the best kind of addiction: a place to grow on the ice and experience personal metamorphosis. Skaters of all ages and types would find their personal skating success. The Caterpillar Small steps… Small steps. When you try to explain to a caterpillar that they will one day take flight, you can come o looking like the crazy one! That’s exactly what happened at first. As I started to paint the picture of this new Skating Community, some people laughed. Others were confused. And many just didn’t believe it. But the small steps kept happening. One by one, I started to build a team. Then, create new classes: communicating the vision over and over with the skaters who joined. Explaining to them that they are magical and capable - that they were destined to fly.
THE VIEW | FALL 202555The Chrysalis True transformation requires the old to melt away—a diicult process, as we cling to how things “should be.” As I approached Hollyburn’s new Skating Community initiative, I saw the strenh in our shared identity: family values, intentional activities, and a healthy lifestyle thrive in every corner of the Club. By welcoming more people through our Ice Shows, we’re creating a pillar that expands beyond figure skating’s old individualism and becomes a vibrant part of the Club’s community. The BuerflyTaking flight, just as the process from walking to skating requires an entirely dierent set of movements, so does the decision to fly. When skaters leave the ice for the first time and feel that they have flown for a brief moment, their eyes light up. It’s one of the most precious experiences of coaching: to witness that light turn on in a skater’s eyes. They think to themselves: I didn’t know that was even possible! As a program, the Skating Community at Hollyburn is now 2 years into the new chapter, and I think it’s time that the program takes flight. Inspiring as many people as possible to skate, contributing to the club through performance, and lighting up the hearts of all who enter the ice. If you want to be part of the movement & Skating Community (even if you’d like to become an oicial Fan!) - email: skating@hollburn.org to connect with me directly.Let’s FLY! THE VIEW | FALL 202556SQUASHBasic Rules and GameplayThe objective of the game is for players to take turns hiing the ball against the front wall, above the tin and below the out line. The ball may strike the side or back walls at any time, as long as it hits below the out line. A ball that lands on the out line, or the line along the top of the tin, is considered to be out. Aer the ball hits the front wall, it is allowed to bounce once on the floor (and any number of times against the side or back walls) before a player must return it. Players may move anywhere around the court but accidental or deliberate obstruction of the other player’s movements is forbidden. Players typically return to the center of the court aer making a shot. Each game is played to 11 points. The player who scores 11 points first wins the game except if the score reaches 10-all, when the game continues until one player leads by two points. Either player may score points (PAR – point-a-rally). The server, on winning a rally, scores a point and retains the service; the receiver, on winning a rally, scores a point and becomes the server.Points are awarded if, during the course of play:• The receiver fails to strike the ball before it has bounced twice.• The receiver hits the ball out (either on or above the out line, or on the tin) or misses the front wall.• Interference resulting in a stroke, i.e. point to the obstructed player. THE VIEW | FALL 202567Aquatic Program F.A.Q.Q: What programs does HCC Aquatics oer? A: We oer the HCC Parent and Tot, HCC Preschool, the Lifesaving Society Swim for Life, and the Lifesaving Society Bronze Star, Bronze Medallion, and Bronze Cross. We also oer adult swimming programs such as Aquafit and M&M’s, and first aid courses (CPR-C/ AED and Standard First Aid) as well. Q: We want to get our children into swimming, where do we start?A: Children under the age of 3 will start out in the HCC Parent and Tot program depending on comfort level. At age 2, our Intro to Penguin classes give children a chance to challenge entry to unparented lessons. Preschool children (3–5 yrs) should start in Egg, and school aged children (5+ yrs) should start in Swimmer 1. Q: It’s been a while since we swam or we swam in a dierent program. Which level should we register for? A: We are happy to arrange a 5-minute swim evaluation with one of our sta. Simply arrange a time during any general swim and we can tell you the best level for them. This is especially important for safety and quality assurance, children signed up for a level too advanced for them will be removed from the class. We always try to move them to a beer class, but if we cannot the original fee will not be refunded. Q: How do I know which level to register for next session? A: All swimmers will receive a level recommendation handout prior to the registration deadline each set. We ask that all participants bring past reports to any upcoming sessions so their instructors can continue to fill them out as your child progresses. Final report cards with feedback from the instructor will be handed out on the final day of class.Swim Combo Programs!*Mon–ThuHollyburn is happy to oer several combined athletics programs to keep our young members healthy and physically active. THE VIEW | FALL 2025141WELLNESSAcupuncture Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) practice that involves inserting thin, sterile needles into specific points on the body to stimulate the flow of "Qi" (energy) and promote natural healing. It is based on the concept of balancing the body’s energy pathways, or meridians, to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and improve overall health. Modern acupuncture is also supported by evidence showing its ability to stimulate the nervous system, release endorphins, and improve blood circulation. Laser AcupunctureLaser acupuncture is a modern, non-invasive adaptation of traditional acupuncture that uses low-level laser beams instead of needles to stimulate acupuncture points. This approach is particularly useful for individuals who are needle-averse or have sensitive skin. It provides similar therapeutic benefits, such as pain relief, inflammation reduction, and improved tissue healing, by enhancing cellular function and circulation through photobiomodulation. Cosmetic AcupunctureCosmetic acupuncture, also known as facial acupuncture, focuses on improving skin health and appearance by targeting acupuncture points on the face and body. This treatment stimulates blood flow, collagen production, and muscle tone, reducing fine lines, wrinkles, and puiness. It is a natural, holistic approach to rejuvenating the skin and promoting overall wellness without the use of chemicals or invasive procedures. MicroneedlingMicroneedling is a minimally invasive skincare treatment that involves using a device with fine needles to create tiny, controlled micro-injuries in the skin. These micro-injuries trigger the body’s natural healing response, stimulating collagen and elastin production. It is widely used to improve skin texture, reduce scars, fine lines, and hyperpigmentation, and promote a more youthful, radiant complexion. Microneedling can also enhance the absorption of topical skincare products for improved results.
THE VIEW | FALL 2025142Heated Cupping with Gua ShaHeated cupping and Gua Sha are traditional Chinese medicine techniques oen used together to promote healing, relieve muscle tension, and improve circulation. In heated cupping, glass or silicone cups are warmed and placed on the skin to create suction, drawing blood flow to the area and releasing fascial restrictions. Gua Sha involves scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool to stimulate microcirculation, break up adhesions, and reduce inflammation. Together, these therapies work synergistically to alleviate muscle pain, improve range of motion, and promote detoxification, leaving the body feeling relaxed and revitalized.
