TROILUS COMMUNITY NEWSLETTER SUMMER 2025 EDITION A MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO Dear Troilus Community Welcome to the Summer 2025 edition of our Community Newsletter Over the past year our team has continued to make meaningful progress on the Troilus Project progress that brings us closer to our shared goal of developing a responsible and sustainable mining operation One of the most important milestones we ve achieved is the official submission of our Environmental and Social Impact Assessment ESIA to both the provincial and federal governments in June This submission reflects more than five years of rigorous environmental studies technical planning and above all collaboration with local and Indigenous communities Your input has helped shape this assessment and we are deeply grateful for your engagement insight and trust throughout this process We ve also strengthened our leadership team to ensure we are well prepared for the next phase of development I m pleased to welcome three new senior team members Denis Rivard Executive Vice President of Projects Chris Sharpe Vice President of Technical Services and Andy Fortin Vice President of Operations and General Manager of the Troilus Mine Each brings valuable experience and a strong commitment to community centered development As we move forward our focus remains on building lasting relationships and ensuring local communities are well positioned to benefit from the opportunities ahead To support this we ve launched a new website www troilustogether com designed to serve as a platform for communication and transparency Here you ll find project updates employment and procurement information upcoming events and opportunities to share feedback Thank you for being such an important part of the Troilus journey We re proud to be part of your community and we look forward to continuing to work together Warm regards Justin Reid CEO Director Troilus Gold Corp 1

LATEST DEVELOPMENTS AT TROILUS ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL IMPACT STUDY In June 2025 we officially submitted the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment ESIA for the Troilus Project to the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada IAAC and Qu bec s Ministry of the Environment the Fight Against Climate Change Wildlife and Parks MELCCFP The ESIA is an important regulatory step that evaluates the potential effects of the Project on the environment and surrounding communities This milestone could not have been reached without the valuable input and involvement of local residents Indigenous partners and community stakeholders Your voices helped guide the development of the ESIA ensuring that the concerns values and priorities of the region are reflected throughout the process We thank you for your continued engagement and support The impact study is the result of more than five years of review and work including Community Consultations Environmental Studies Technical Analysis ESIA NEXT STEPS Now that the ESIA is officially submitted the formal review process begins with the COMEX at the provincial level under the James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement JBNQA and the IAAC at the federal level We will continue to share information as the ESIA review process moves forward Scan to learn more about the ESIA submission and read the ESIA summary document 2 2

NEW ADDITIONS TO OUR TEAM As the Troilus Project moves closer to construction we ve welcomed new members to our leadership and community teams each bringing experience and dedication to ensuring the success of the project and its positive impact on our region Andy Fortin Chris Sharpe Denis Rivard VP of Operations and General Manager of the Troilus Mine Vice President Technical Services Executive Vice President Projects Chris will lead the technical planning of the Project His background in mine engineering and project development will help us deliver a strong efficient operation aligned with environmental and community goals Denis has extensive experience managing large scale infrastructure and mining projects across Quebec He will oversee the full delivery of the Troilus Project from engineering to execution Andy brings more than 30 years of operational experience and will oversee the safe and efficient development of the mine as we transition into the construction and production phases WELCOME ERROL MIANCSUM COMMUNITY LIASON OFFICER We re also very pleased to welcome Errol Mianscum as our new Cree Community Liaison Officer Errol brings a wealth of experience in community engagement governance and project coordination As a bridge between the Troilus team and our host communities Errol will work closely with Tallymen land users the Cree Nation Government CNM Council and leadership and local Cree businesses His role is focused on listening building strong relationships and helping ensure community voices continue to shape the future of the Troilus Project 5

TROILUS IN THE COMMUNITY FESTIVAL FOLIFRETS This past winter our team was proud to take part in the vibrant Festival Folifrets in Chibougamau We joined the celebrations by cheering on the parade and welcoming visitors to an open house at our local office The event included food conversation and displays about the Troilus Project a great chance to connect answer questions and celebrate winter together as a community MISTISSINI TRAPPERS AT NIJHC Troilus was honoured to sponsor the Mistissini Trappers Junior team at this year s National Indigenous Junior Hockey Championships NIJHC in Vaughan Ontario This national tournament provides an important stage for young Indigenous athletes to showcase their talent and strengthen community pride through sport We re proud to support the Trappers in their journey and to help create more opportunities for youth to shine on and off the ice 6

TROILUS IN THE COMMUNITY 1st ANNUAL MISTISSINI SEEDLING GIVEAWAY In May 2025 Troilus was proud to host our first ever Seedling Giveaway at the Troilus Office in Mistissini More than 50 community members joined us to learn about the Troilus Project and pick up a variety of seedlings to plant at home including rhubarb thyme strawberries and mint It was a great opportunity to connect with local residents share project updates and promote home gardening and food sustainability We re grateful to everyone who stopped by and look forward to continuing these kinds of grassroots initiatives together 7

TROILUS IN THE COMMUNITY SCIENCE ON TOURNE Troilus proudly sponsored the 32nd edition of Science on tourne in Chibougamau a creative challenge where students designed wind powered autonomous vehicles to travel the furthest distance We were proud to support local education and encourage the innovation of tomorrow s leaders KIWANIS CLUB SEEDLING GIVEAWAY In May 2025 Troilus partnered with the Kiwanis Club for their annual Seedling Giveaway Together we provided 900 seedlings of fruits vegetables and plants to residents of Chibougamau and Chapais helping promote local food security and sustainable gardening initiatives CHIBOUGAMAU MINOR HOCKEY TOURNAMENT Troilus was proud to support the 46th Chibougamau Minor Hockey Tournament This annual event celebrates young athletes across Northern Quebec welcoming 28 teams and over 900 players between the ages of 5 and 17 8
