During the Club’sownership transition, we shared in the Town Hall meetings thatownership and the Acquisition Committee had determined itnecessary to increase dues for continued improvements, tomaintain a competitive position in the market, and to keep theClub on solid financial footing.Since we have a variety of Membership categories (too lengthyto list here) we want to inform you that, in general, the duesincrease will be up to 8% for Golf and to 4.5% for Tennis andFitness memberships. Your March statement will reflect theincreased dues rate. We encourage you to reach out to ourMembership Services Desk if you have questions about theincrease applicable to your membership.
