THE ONEMORE MOVEMENT IS THE HEARTBEAT OF OURCHURCH BODY, THE FIRE THAT FUELS OUR PASSION,AND THE MISSION THAT GIVES US PURPOSE. LOVINGONE MORE TO JESUS IS OUR GREATEST CALLING TOGIVE BACK TO OUR SAVIOR WHO GAVE USEVERYTHING. WHAT ARE YOU USING IN THE LIFETHAT YOU’RE LIVING TO BUILD UPON THE PERSON OFJESUS? HIS HEART IS FOR THE ONE MORE, ANDTHAT’S THE MORE WE WANT TO CHASE. TOGETHERWE CAN DO MORE, REACH MORE, AND LOVE MORETHAN WE COULD EVER DO APART OR ON OUR OWN. SEEING THE DAILY SACRIFICESMADE BY MISSIONARIES WHO WHOLE-HEARTEDLYBELIEVE IN THE GOD WHO CALLED THEM HAS DEEPENEDMY OWN TRUST IN GOD AND PRAYER LIFE. WHEN I MADE THE DECISION TO GO TO AFRICA I DIDN’T KNOW WHATTO EXPECT, BUT I KNEW GOD WAS PROMPTING ME TO GO. I AM NOT AVERY OUTGOING PERSON SO I WAS NERVOUS THAT I WAS GOING TO“GET IN THE WAY” OF GOD’S WORK. HOWEVER, WITHIN THE FIRST DAY IKNEW I WAS WRONG. I DIDN’T KNOW MANY OF THE PEOPLE I WASGOING TO SERVE WITH BUT I QUICKLY LEARNED THAT GOD PUTTOGETHER A VERY UNIQUE TEAM, THAT HAD A DIVERSE SKILLSET THATALLOWED US TO HELP WITH MULTIPLE PROJECTS. WE FORMED A QUICKBOND THAT WILL LAST A LIFETIME. WHEN WE VISITED THE FIRST VILLAGEI REALIZED WHY HE SENT US. THERE WERE HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE INTHIS VILLAGE WITH ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, AND YET THEY HAD HEARTSTHAT WERE ON FIRE FOR JESUS. WE WERE ABLE TO TALK WITH A LOCALPASTOR FROM THAT VILLAGE AND HE TOLD US HOW CHALLENGING IT ISTO CONVINCE PEOPLE THAT WE SERVE A GOOD GOD WITHOUT HAVINGEVEN THE MOST BASIC NEEDS SUCH AS FOOD, OR DRINKING WATER.MY HEART WAS MOVED THAT DAY, AS WELL AS THE REST OF THE TIMEWE WERE THERE. I AM SO THANKFUL TO HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITYTO SERVE, AND ALSO THAT WE GET TO BE PART OF A CHURCH THAT HASA HEART FOR MISSIONS. Joepolansky22

I never thought at my age it would be possible for me tofulfill the dream God had put on my heart to be a Chaplainfor Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge Women's programin Brainerd. But HE did! At my 1st class, all myexpectations were exceeded! I love starting school withprayer and worship as we studied in depth Books of theBible, and Challenges that come as we serve Jesus at awhole new level. My favorite classes were The New andOld+ Testament Surveys. I have made so many friends,found a supportive and honest mentor, and most of all, Iwas shown love and grace! how do i make acommitment toOne More?The first step is to make a plan to give. When you have a planand are dilligent, it leads to pleanty (Proverbs 21:5.) God isexcited when you have a plan, whatever the amount. Have aplan, be obident to it. PlanVisionSecond, ask God to give you a vision for what he could do throughyou for One More. This is above and beyond what you can do orthink you can do with your income. This requires a step of faith.Write that vision down and pray about it (Habakkuk 2:2.) Steppingout in faith pleases God. He will supply all your needs according tohis riches (Philippians 4:19.)Make a plan to give and ask God for a vision in your generosityand hold onto what God can do as you step out in faith!
