WHAT WE BELIEVEThe Scriptures introduce us to the Word of God.God is the Supreme Being and Creator of humanity and the universe.Jesus Christ is the Son of the Living God; He is our Lord and Savior. The Holy Spirit is our comforter, teacher, and guide.Human beings are fearfully and wonderfully made in the image and likeness of God.Sin is words, deeds, and thoughts that break God’s heart.Salvation is free to all who accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. The Church is the Body of Christ and exists to make disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Page 21

WHAT WE BELIEVEThe kingdom of God include God’s sovereignty over the universe and God’s lordship in the lives of His children.God is the source of all blessings and we are obligated to invest our time, talents, and treasure in the work of His kingdom.God in His own time will bring the world to its appropriate end; the unbelievers will experience eternal damnation and the righteous will enjoy eternal life.Continued
