WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK A WWC Check is required by a person if they engage in certain paid or unpaid work with children, described as child-are likely to involve, contact with a child, such as Team Manager, Gear Checking, Marshalling will be required to have a current WWCC child under the age of 18 MEASURING Measuring will be held with accredited measurers for both EWA and SHC on Friday 11 July from 8am to 10am. CANCELLATIONS & SCRATCHINGS Scratchings and/or any changes to entries must be forwarded to the Club Team Manager who will No addi�onal entries or altera�ons will be accepted on the day. STATE EQUESTRIAN CENTRE INFORMATION • Trade Stands and Food Vendors will be located on the President’s Lawn during the event. • Equestrian WA are their new procedures for the Stable Booking process. Riders entering the Dressage Championships will book and pay for their Stable and Camping bookings via the online entry system. • The State Equestrian Centre encourages people to secure their personal belongings. • Yards are available free of charge at Swan Valley Fields. • • All waste in stables and yards at the SEC and Swan Valley Fields must be removed before leaving. PONY CLUB WA – NO DOG POLICY This is a Pony Club WA event, and the policy of NO DOGS will be strictly adhered to. Failure to abide Department of Local Government, Sport & Cultural Industries are exempt from this rule. Persons REFUNDS Members a refund should provide evidence such as a medical or vet to Jotform. Refunds must be requested within 7 days of the event. Refunds may be subject to an
SWABBING STABLES AND CAMPING 1. Generators must be Residual Current Device (RCD) protected, and extension leads safety tagged. 2. All waste in stables and portable yards at the SEC and at Swan Valley Fields, must be removed before leaving the event. 3. Please be aware, the SEC is open for anyone to come onto the grounds. We would encourage everyone to lock up floats, cars and secure any personal belongings. 4. The grass parking area on the right, as you enter the SEC, is preferable for overnight camping and would be appreciated by campers, if it was a horse free area. Yards are available free of charge at Swan Valley Fields. 5. Horses not booked in stables are not permitted to be tied up in the stable area at any time. 6. Stable allocation is being coordinated via the Club Team Managers with the Committee – any issues with Stables is to be coordinated via the Club Team Manager and Committee in the first instance. 7. Maps with stable allocation will be available at the end of each stable aisle for clarification. 8. Riders who are using a stable for only one day are to ensure that they clean their stable prior to another rider coming into the stable. 9. Due to the high turnover of horses in some stables it is recommend that a photo of the stable be taken prior to entering the stable, and post cleaning the stable to ensure bond are refunded. 10. No lungeing or warm up is permitted in any other area other than the designated areas. 11.
