Cup hands together, breathe in, hold for 5seconds, and release. Repeat 3 times.Close your eyes.Envision a color in your thoughts. What does this color represent for you? Letthis color wash over you. As you continue to gently breathe, with eachexhale release any negative thoughts. Apply a generous amount of body cream in yourhands.Gliding hands slowly, smooth the cream over yourbody, starting from the neck, moving down eacharm, and then mid-way to the stomach.Notice the different sensation levels of the creamagainst your skin.When mid-stomach is reached, start from ankles andmassage each leg individually.When you’re ready, climb into bed for a good night’srest and revisit a moment of joy that entered yourday. Apply a generous amount of foot cream into your hands and rubtogether to warm up the product. Start with one foot at a time. Smooth the cream from the tips ofyour toes, onto the tops and bottoms of your foot, then to yourankle. As you slowly massage your feet, notice the sensation of thecream against your skin.Massage the cream into toe cuticles, mindfully moving each toewith your fingers in clockwise then counterclockwise circles.Gently clench fingers to form a fist. Using your knuckles,massage the heel of each foot, moving to the arch, and finishingat the ball of the foot. Take your towel and slowly remove any access cream beforestanding.
