CONTINGENCY PLAN The Forest City Gun Club will host the 2024 NSCA Southeast Regional Championship this week, and has prepared a contingency plan for implementation in the event of inclement weather or other events that might interfere with normal scheduling. The following steps will be implemented as follows: We consider it “luck of the draw” that inclement weather will interrupt your round and cause shooting to be delayed. With that said, if you are part of an unfortunate rotation delay, it is our opinion that we do not delay the “fortunate” ones by delaying their start time. Below applies to all events, excluding Main Event: 1. If the 1st or 2nd rotation of an event is stopped due to weather, we will resume once weather has cleared as long as it does not delay next rotation by more than 30 minutes. 2. If the 1st or 2nd rotation of an event is stopped due to weather and we are unable to resume due to timing of the following rotation, we will post the new start time via text updates, website, and scoreboard to notify those shooters affected on when to resume their rotation after the 3rd (final) rotation has been completed; start time being approximately 5:30 pm the same day. 3. In the event we are unable to complete your unfinished rotation the same day, we will attempt to complete it the following day if the event has not completed for the tournament. If there is no possible way to complete your unfinished round, we will fully refund you no matter how many targets were initially attempted at the time of the delay. In the event shoot management Is able to complete delayed rotations and you choose not to participate, you will forfeit your refund. MAIN EVENT ONLY: In the event two or more rotations are unable to complete their rounds ona given day, that entire day will be discarded, and we will award TWOwinners in all classes/concurrents for the Main Event. Due to timing, thesecond set of trophies will be mailed to winners. Both sets of trophies willbe the same, but monetary payouts will be split equally between winnersas advertised. All Main entrants will be reimbursed 50% of entry fee andall options will be reimbursed fully, with no payouts. If shoot-offs areunable to be completed, all ties will be determined by predeterminedstations. 9
