901 North Fourth Street,Jeannette, PA 15644www.elliott-turbo.comProgram OverviewThe Rotational Engineering Program isdesigned to introduce new engineeringtalent into the organization through acomprehensive two-year trainingprogram spanning all business units.Participants will complete threerotational assignments, each sevenmonths in length covering a variety ofengineering career paths includingGlobal Service, GlobalManufacturing, and NewApparatus. A one-month transitionalperiod will follow each assignment.The majority of assignments will be atcorporate headquarters in Jeannette,PA, although trainees will spend timewithin the service shop and on fieldassignments.Upon completion of the program,participants are placed intopositions within the organizationwhere they can best apply their skillsand experiences.
