Program Overview The Rotational Engineering program is designed to introduce new engineering talent into the organization through a comprehensive two year training program spanning all business units Participants will complete three rotational assignments each seven months in length covering a variety of engineering career paths including Global Services Global Manufacturing and New Apparatus a one month transitional period will take place in between each unit The majority of assignments will be at the corporate headquarters in Jeannette PA although trainees will spend time within the service shop and field based assignments Upon completion of the program participants are placed into positions within the organization where they can best apply their skills and experiences Final placement could be in our Jeannette headquarters a field or service shop facility or any of our operations around the globe Three rotations Two years One program Go More information here 901 North Fourth Street Jeannette PA 15644 www elliott turbo com 2024 Rotational Engineering Program
Qualifications Four year Engineering degree from an accredited institution preferably Mechanical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Technology Industrial Aerospace and Chemical Engineering will be considered Dec 2023 graduates and May 2024 graduates are preferred Candidates should possess a strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrated success across academic study in engineering disciplines Candidates must be willing to travel as needed and spend up to seven months on field and service shop assignments Successful candidates will demonstrate strength in the following competencies Good basic work habits promptness and dependability Self directed worker with good work ethic Disciplined able to follow directions and procedures Professional and business like behavior with an emphasis on customer satisfaction Outstanding verbal and written communications skills Excellent computer skills including word processing and spread sheet applications Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic work environment Time management skills with an ability to balance demand among various projects Safety minded and process improvement focused Relocation assistance is available Responsibilities Participants will acquire an understanding of Elliott s organization Our product lines Various engineering processes application design manufacturing and aftermarket service Participants will perform engineering assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and experience Projects will vary by assignment but will require the application of engineering theory standard techniques procedures and criteria consistent with entry level engineers The Rotational Engineering program is an introduction to the rotating equipment industry and is designed to provide new engineering graduates with a comprehensive onboarding and training experience
