MAC Rentals27TERMS & CONDITIONSCARE AND CLEANING OF EQUIPMENTEquipment is sent out clean and full of fuel and should bereturned in the same condition. It is the responsibility of thecustomer to ensure the machine is returned clean and full of fuel.There will be a cleaning fee of $60/hour added if equipment isreturned dirty, and fuel will be charged to the same order. Pleasenote that most damages to the equipment come from the job site.We advise you to check your jobsite before use of our equipment.We understand and acknowledge that normal wear and tear isgoing to happen to the equipment. There will be repair cost fordamages from misuse or improper care billed to the rentalcustomer. The payment for these repairs is the responsibility ofthe customers.OPERATING CONDITIONS OF EQUIPMENTIf the equipment is not operating as it should or has a problem,please contact us immediately. Continuing to run damaged orimproperly working equipment can cause excess wear and tearresulting in damages.
