Each year, we engage with hundreds of nonprofits across Vermont through our Social Impact Program, which includes Sip of Support, the Sunshine Fund, and Good Brews for a Cause. These partner-ships allow us to give back in meaningful ways—whether it’s supporting flood relief, championing LGBTQ+ youth, funding local libraries, or backing organic farming. The need is great, and it grows each year. We often ask ourselves: should we go deeper into fewer causes, or continue to spread our impact far and wide?Time and time again, we return to what has always felt right: to cast our net wide, forge new connections, and stay deeply embedded in the rural Vermont fabric that shaped us. Our mission is simple—craft delicious beer to delight our fans and use our business as a force for good. We’re proud that our donations consistent-ly exceed 1.5% of revenue—a benchmark we’re committed to increasing through 2028 and beyond. To sustain and grow this impact, we must continue to run a healthy, resilient business—navigating the evolving challenges of the craft beer industry while answering the call from fans who want to enjoy our brews in more places, near and far. Still, we’ll never compromise on our brand promise: “Finest, Freshest, Always Kept Cold.” If that means growing more slowly and intentionally, so be it. Today, more than ever, our commu-nities need care, support, and unity. Whether it’s show-ing up for a neigh-bor, volunteering your time, or mak-ing a donation—every act matters. We hope this impact report offers a glimpse into the good we can do together, a sip of what we care about, and the com-munity based values our team brew into every pour. So, from all of us at Lawson’s Finest—thank you. And as always, we invite you to join us in this mission, one sip at a time. —Adeline Druart, CEO “Our mission is simple—craft delicious beer to delight our fans and use our business as a force for good.”We believe in brewing with purpose to strengthen communities. At the heart of Lawson’s Finest Liquids is a deep commitment to community and connection—values that have guided us since day one. From the circle of friends and neighbors who helped Sean and Karen Lawson build their first brewery, lovingly known as the Wizard’s Workshop, on a winding Vermont dirt road, to the 390+ nonprofit orga-nizations we’ve supported through our charitable programs, to the moments our team shares around the taproom drink rail after their shift—people and purpose have always been the foundation of our craft.AdelineDruart©2025 LAWSON’S FINEST LIQUIDS 82024 LAWSON’S FINEST IMPACT REPORT 7

We credit these initiatives and more with our 2024 retention rate of 89%—a 17% increase over 2023! This is a testament to the inclu-sive, engaging and supportive environment we’ve worked hard to create at Lawson’s Finest Liquids that’s fostered by each and every member of our team on a daily basis. In addition to our people-centric progress, we made strides in our purpose-oriented work as well. From building a foundation that will set us up for success as we prepare for our upcoming B Corp recertification, mak-ing notable progress in our waste diversion efforts, and leading in the EV space, to cel-ebrating key partnerships through our Good Brews for a Cause and Sip of Support pro-grams, our team worked hard to advance our organization as we strive to use our business as a force for good. In the pages to come, we look forward to sharing all of this and more as we look toward the future while staying anchored in the val-ues that have always defined our company. —Kelly Putnam, Director of People & Purpose —Carra Cheslin, Social Impact Program (SIP) ManagerCarraCheslinKellyPutnamReflecting on 2024 affords a special opportunity to recap the energizing work our team has done to advance our mission while staying true to our vision and core values. It has been a year of significant growth, engagement, and development, and it’s exciting to share how our people, the heart of Lawson’s Finest Liquids, have driven so much of that success. One of the highlights of this year has been an ongoing commitment to staff development and wellbeing. Investing in our employees’ health—physical, mental, emotional, career-oriented, financial health A Letter From Our People & PurposeTeamand more—is essential to fostering a thriving, sustainable workforce. As part of that effort, we brought to life two initiatives that have had a profound impact on both our team and our community: a month-long sabbatical program (introduced at the end of 2023) and a formalized volunteer program starting midway through 2024.The SIPbaticals (as we like to call them!) allow our employees to take extended time off to recharge, pursue personal passions, and return with a refreshed perspective and mindset. Additionally, we launched a robust volunteer program that encourages our employees to give back to our communities on an individual level. ©2025 LAWSON’S FINEST LIQUIDS 102024 LAWSON’S FINEST IMPACT REPORT 9

This new beer was inspired by Double Sunshine IPA, our original “home run” beer, featuring juicy and tropical flavors, and an intense floral aroma. Finally, we could say “yes” to so many avid fans, and expanded our distribution across the Northeast where Sip of Sunshine is now the #1 IPA brand in our region. Our success allowed us to dream big and lay down deeper roots in the Mad River Valley. In October 2018, we launched our destination brewery and timber-frame taproom in Waitsfield, Vermont. We quickly grew from 3 employees to over 50, and now employ an amazing team of over 90 people. Our space is beautiful and welcoming for all to taste taproom-only specials, limited brews, and our full menu of delicious food and drinks to enjoy surrounded by the beauty of the Green Mountains. Our focus on the environment shines bright through our energy efficient brewing operations and our investment in on-site solar arrays, including the largest solar parking canopy in Vermont, which helps Our Story: 17 Years of SunshineLawson’s Finest Liquids was founded in 2008 by Sean Lawson, a naturalist and homebrewer with a passion for creating innovative maple beers and hop-soaked IPAs.The original 1-barrel brewery was in a small outbuilding built by Sean, his wife Karen, and friends next to the family home in Warren, VT. In 2011, we upgraded to a 7-barrel brewhouse as fans discovered the delicious liquids created in the Green Mountains. In the early days we sold Lawson’s Finest to just a few locations at Farmer’s Markets, where craft beer enthu-siasts traveled from across the country to score a few bottles. As demand grew, we fielded calls from cus-tomers, retailers, and distributors wanting to enjoy our beer, but disappointed in the lack of supply. We found a solution at Two Roads Brewing in Stratford, CT, where we began brewing Sip of Sunshine IPA in 2014.offset 90% of the electricity used by our brewery and taproom. Over the years, we have been awarded several World Beer Cup medals, multiple Vermont small business honors, and were named the 2023 Brewery of the Year by both Beer Connoisseur and Brewbound.Lawson’s Finest Liquids remains pas-sionately dedicated to the finest and freshest beers through cold supply-chain distribution, sending beer to 12 states— Vermont, Colorado, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island—along with Virginia and North Carolina, added in 2024! We value full transparency about the source of our beers and proudly label the origin of each location in Warren & Waitsfield, VT, as well as Stratford, CT. As we continue to grow and impact more commu-nities, our roots remain strong in the heart of Vermont’s Green Mountains. “Passionately dedicated to the finest and freshest beers through cold supply-chain distribution...”©2025 LAWSON’S FINEST LIQUIDS 122024 LAWSON’S FINEST IMPACT REPORT 11

SIPbaticalAs the calendar turned to 2024, several team members celebrated their five-year anniversaries with Lawson’s Finest Liquids. In honor of this milestone, Lawson’s Finest began offering a month-long fully paid sab-batical program, known as the SIPbatical, to team members who have reached their five-year anniversary with the company. This program was created not only to cel-ebrate a significant work anniversary, but also to provide dedicated, tenured team members with an opportunity to unplug, reset, and take an extended break from the workplace. Our hope is that this opportunity will combat burnout, further supporting our retention efforts, and creating space for a once-in-a-lifetime adventure. Throughout the year, eligible team members embarked on their SIPbaticals, traveling near and far to experience new adventures, learn new skills, and enjoy much earned rest and relaxation. By the end of 2024, 18 of our team members had qualified for a SIPbatical! “My sister and I spent 3.5 weeks driving across the north and south islands of New Zealand. We went on lots of hikes, saw incredible landscapes and wildlife, and learned how to drive on the other side of the road! We were also able to connect with family that lives in Queenstown, which was an extra special part of the trip for us.... Visiting New Zealand has been on my bucket list for years but traveling that far never felt realistic without a good chunk of time to do so.” —Alyssa Sorrentino, Business Manager,Lawson’s Finest Liquids©2025 LAWSON’S FINEST LIQUIDS 242024 LAWSON’S FINEST IMPACT REPORT 23

Let’s Grow Kids In 2024 we enthusiastically joined the Let’s Grow Kids coa-lition of businesses in support of equitable and affordable childcare in Vermont. Let’s Grow Kids believes that afford-able access to quality childcare for all Vermont children is essential to healthy, strong families, a robust workforce, a resilient economy, and a more equitable society for all. We agree that together, we can create a childcare system that works for all Vermonters, so that families can find childcare that meets their needs and early childhood educators can be valued to enable our communi-ties to thrive. “By investing in childcare infrastructure our work environments become more inclusive and supportive, allowing parents and caregivers to build careers, and feeding the pipeline for the future with a stable workforce that can anchor, invest in, and lead Vermont. Employees can only thrive when their families are thriving, and the work of Let’s Grow Kids is a pivotal foundation to make that goal a reality.” —Adeline Druart, CEO, Lawson’s Finest Liquids©2025 LAWSON’S FINEST LIQUIDS 282024 LAWSON’S FINEST IMPACT REPORT 27

NOFA VT’s FarmerResilience Grant ProgramNatural Resource ProtectionJuly 2024 marked the one year anniversary of the severe floods that impacted many Vermont communities—little did we know that another major flood would hit our brave little state on that anniversary, to the day. In honor of the flood anniversary, we made a $5,000 contribution to NOFAVT’s Farmer Resilience Grant Program, which distributes grants directly to farmers to fund projects that will improve longer-term resilience on farms. In 2024 alone, this grant pro-gram awarded 56 grants, benefiting 61 different producers. “We’re so deeply grateful for Lawson’s Finest Liquids generous investment in farm resilience. This lager is brewed with organic barley, organic hops and organic, regeneratively-grown Kernza®. Kernza® is a perennial grain harvested from intermediate wheatgrass, a cousin of annual wheat that can be grown as a “multi-functional” crop, yielding vari-ous commodities as well as ecosystem services. Perennial crops like Kernza® protect soil from erosion and improve soil struc-ture. They increase ecosystem nutrient retention, carbon sequestration, water infiltration and uptake efficiency. They can contribute to climate change adaptation and mitigation, helping to ensure food and water security over the long term.Waste Diversion With CasellaIn 2023 we worked with our waste and recycling service provider, Casella, to do an informal audit of our campus waste and identify opportunities for improvement. This concluded that we were diverting 87% of our waste from the waste stream, leading us to create a goal of working toward 90% waste diversion by the end of 2024.We worked cross-departmentally to find waste items to re-direct, identifying paper towels in our bathrooms and napkins in our taproom as two major diversion opportuni-ties. Composting was the obvious solution for these items, but all our taproom food scraps and brewery spent grain go directly to the pigs and cows at Gaylord Farm in Waitsfield to be used as animal feed, so we needed another strategy for these paper products. After much research and outreach, we found Music Mountain Compost in nearby Stockbridge, VT, who we started working with to compost all paper towels and nap-kins used across our Waitsfield campus.97%Waste DiversionEstimate by Casella after updating their review of our waste reduction practices at the end of 2024. 2024 Highlight: Do Good BrewDo Good Brew originated from our friends at National Life Group, who were looking for a values-aligned partner to support their annual Do Good Festival. The festival brings nearly 10,000 people to their campus in Montpelier for live music in support of local nonprofits, and we worked closely with their team to brew a Hazy IPA with orange for the event. The beer was a hit with festivalgoers, allow-ing us to donate $1,000 to Central Vermont Medical Center’s Branches of Hope Cancer Patient Fund.2024 Highlight: Path of TotalityWe created Path of Totality to com-memorate 2024’s total solar eclipse. With much of Vermont, including our taproom, falling within the eclipse’s path of totality, the opportunity seemed too perfect to pass up. We connected with the ECHO Leahy Center for Lake Champlain, a science and nature center in Burlington whose mission is to inspire and engage families in the joy of scientific dis-covery, wonder of nature, and care of Lake Champlain. ECHO’s statewide astronomy edu-cation and outreach efforts for the eclipse was the perfect cause to support for an eclipse-themed Good Brews for a Cause! In partnership with ECHO, we crafted a Black IPA with Eclipse hops which balanced a rich, roasty profile with bright, citrus and pine flavors. A huge launch event at our taproom welcomed deaf folks from across the Northeast to connect and celebrate.$1,067To benefit Vermont Center for Ecostudies$5,716 To benefit Mad River Valley Ambulance Service (matched by Sugarbush Resort)$2,145 To benefit National Black Brewers Association$936 To benefit Stark Mountain Foundation (matched by Mad River Glen Ski Area)$1,742 To benefit Vermont Public$7,978 To benefit KingdomTrails Association andtheir 30th Anniversary $1,375 To benefit PinkBoots SocietyThe beer sold out within hours, and as a result, we were able to donate $1,400 to the Vermont Association of the Deaf and their support of the Yolande Henry Community Foundation, which provides interpretive ser-vices that are not covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act. $500 To benefit Change in the Air Foundation©2025 LAWSON’S FINEST LIQUIDS 642024 LAWSON’S FINEST IMPACT REPORT 63
