Once completed, ourclinical team provides recommendations on howto improve your mental health and well-being!
1,460+ Well-being VisitsOur Case Managers provided over1,460 well-being visits to healthcareprofessionals to support their mentalhealth and well-being in 2024!Our well-being visits are provided asongoing support to thoseparticipating in our programs.563 Referrals2024 was a busy year for our wholestaff. Building Resiliency ThroughBuilding Resiliency ThroughFighting StigmaFighting StigmaFill the Frame CampaignIn 2024, we launched a campaign entitled, “Fill theFrame.” The goal of this campaign was to break thesilence surrounding mental health and addiction. Weshared imagery of empty frames illustrating theuntold stories of healthcare professionals. Our aimwas to encourage Ohioans to support OhioPHP’smission in fostering hope for struggling individuals.
Engaging New PartnersResiliency Through AdvocacyResiliency Through AdvocacyOhioPHP partnered with the State Medical Board of Ohio and the OhioOccupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers Board, to offer10-minute informational videos to their licensees about the safe havenprogram and confidential monitoring program. The purpose of these videosis to educate licensees on OhioPHP’s mission and the services we offer forthe well-being of healthcare professionals in Ohio. These videos were viewedby over 60,000 healthcare professionals in 2024.Licensure VideosThroughout 2024, OhioPHP met with and advocated for the development ofsafe haven programs with other healthcare boards in Ohio, two of whichshowed immense interest. This includes the Ohio Emergency MedicalServices Board, and the Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board. Weare continuing to work with these- healthcare boards to develop safe havenprograms in 2025.
