Bike CampTHE MISSIONOur goal is to teach individuals with Down syndrome andother unique abilities to ride a standard two-wheelbicycle, empowering them to become independent ridersfor life. Achieving this milestone paves the way for newopportunities, boosts confidence, and encouragesindependence in many areas of their lives.We partner with iCan Shine to offer a groundbreakingbike riding program for 40 participants annually inCentral Florida. Over the course of a week, riders acquirecrucial biking skills, aided by dedicated volunteers whohelp make the event a success. Shortly after learning toride, many participants begin to exhibit newfoundindependence in their home environments.iCan!
