Why is wholeness soessential? You show up, speak, and engage more effectively and confidently when you arewhole. Laurance knows that no single approach is ideal for everyone, so she introducesstrategies, resources, and tools so each heart worker can customize their winning strategy. Laurance has trained in various modalities, including TBSI Severe Behavior Module:Prevention and De-Escalation, Keeping the Dignity in the Discipline, and TransformationalPractices for Bridging the Gap between Schools, Families, and Communities. Lauranceearned her B.A. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and her M.A. inEducational Leadership from Concordia University. She is currently pursuing herDoctorate in Education, specializing in Social-Emotional Learning. Laurance has a fantastichusband, Joel Bogar, and three children, Grant Andrew, Carson Lawrence, and AveryNicole.
