As Denver stands at a crossroads with potential Fed Rate cuts from 1.75% to 4% and the conforming loan limit increase to $816,500, a revitalized market demand is anticipated.On a personal note, 2023 has been a remarkable year for me professionally. My business grew by an astounding 500%, with my listings selling for an average of 102% of the asking price, and spending just 9 days on the market. For my buyers, I successfully negotiated an average concession of 3.32% of the asking price on every purchase contract.
