All checks must be made payable to “Town of Dover.” Cancellation and Refund PolicyIn the event of a program, session, or event cancellation due to any unforeseen circumstances, a decision will be made as early as possible so that we may contact all parties involved. Please subscribe to NOTIFY ME to receive text alerts for updates on field closures, inclement weather closures and other events impacting programs. All alerts are listed at the bottom of the page.Every attempt will be made to reschedule a cancelled class due to weather, instructor illness, etc. Typically an additional week will be added to the end of the program. If a class has been cancelled and we are NOT able to offer a make-up option, participants will then be offered a Town issued refund or Department credit in the amount of the program class(es) lost.We will notify all registered participants if a program has been cancelled/changed by the Parks and Recreation Department, and you will receive a full refund or account credit.Dover Parks and Recreation reserves the right to cancel or consolidate any program that does not meet their minimum participation limits and is not responsible for any missed classes due to a participants inability to attend.If you withdraw one week or more before the start of the class, session, or stated registration deadline (when applicable), you will receive a full refund or account credit from the Department.Withdrawals submitted within one week of the class, session or stated registration deadline OR after the program has begun/after the stated registration deadline, will receive NO REFUND.Please Note: All department refunds will be issued as a live, Town of Dover check ONLY.
