Darleim Castillo: Currently, Darleim is the CRVC Supervisor for all seven CRVC offices in Los AngelesCounty, from downtown LA to the Antelope Valley! As a supervisor, Darleim resolves issues that come upevery day, provides excellent supervision to all staff, and helps ensure all seven offices have coverage eachmorning. Darleim never hesitates to jump in to help wherever needed, from assisting Agency Relations toworking at a customer service window.Maria Gaucin: Maria is usually at the downtown Temple office but is quick to help wherever she is needed, including training a new staff member in Van Nuys. Her accuracy and customer service are consistentlyexcellent. A CRVC client recently shared this about Maria: “She helped me and encouraged me. When youhave 360 hours of community service to do, you feel like you want to die and it’s the end of the world. Shegave me hope and encouragement, and now I’m almost finished with my hours.”Bruno Tomasini: Bruno joined the CRVC team in the Van Nuys office on August 1, and has worked very hardto learn his responsibilities. It usually takes several months before a Referral Specialist is ready to rotate toalternate offices, but Bruno is already providing coverage in other locations. He also demonstrated greatinitiative by creating an interactive template to calculate client fees based on the new hourly rate, rather thancalculating each entry by hand. Bruno generously shared the template with all Referral Specialists makingeveryone’s job easier!
