Each SOP will provide theresponsibilities required foreach objective.At the end of each quarter, all siteobjective completions and bestpractices will be submitted by thesite QB (GM) for review via theCrescent Way Assurance TeamsChannel in the appropriate folder.View the SOPs for submissiondetails.SUBMISSIONSREVIEW PROCESSThe CWA Team will review self-reported numbers and award CWAPoints and Superbowl points earned. If a site objective needs to be reviewedfor completion for any reason, the CWATeam will check the files together for afinal decision to have points awarded orremoved.An ELT will follow up with the QB (GM)for follow-up actions or remove barriersto meet the expectationsPG.6

Much like the NationalFootball Leagues Field GoalPoints, the CWA SuperbowlPoints are extra points thatcan be earned above theSOP objectives. Superbowl Points arestrategic when there isenough time to executeone more play.Each SOP offers Superbowlpoints. However, Superbowlpoints are only awardedwithin the quarter the SOPObjectives are assigned.For example, Crescent WayTraining SOP offersSuperbowl Points when thesite trains all Level 5 Peopleat your site for an additional10 points per quarter.SUPERBOWL POINTS
