Work Ethic DevelopmentMike Bayer - Business ManagerOver the past year, Victory Improvement Projects experienced remarkable growth and success thanks to the collective efforts of our students, volunteers, and sponsors. Our journey has been filled with notable achievements, including a successful sponsorship program that raised over $30,000, allowing us to further our mission without relying on VP funding. This financial milestone has been crucial in expanding our reach and enhancing our programs. At the heart of VIP are our students, who had a year filled with extraordinary opportunities. We provided employment for 57 students, offering them not just paychecks but invaluable life experiences and personal development. Their growth in work ethic and sense of purpose has been inspiring and made possible by the generous support of our community. Our volunteers, the backbone of our organization, dedicated approximately 300 hours across 37 workdays. Their commitment has been instrumental in our success, enriching our programs and creating lasting bonds with the students. This synergy between volunteers and students has been a cornerstone of our achievements. Looking forward, we are on the cusp of exciting new opportunities with the opening of a new campus and location. This expansion brings with it the promise of new challenges and the need to meet the growing demands of our projects and student base. We are poised for a transformative era, ready to embrace the future with optimism and determination. As 2024 unfolds, we invite you to be part of this incredible journey. Your involvement, whether through time, resources, or prayers, is crucial to our ongoing success. Join us as we strive to be instruments of God's grace, making a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve. Together, we can continue to achieve extraordinary things.

Major GrowthMonnie Bush - Founder & C.E.O. As the Victory Project (V.P.) enters a new era of significant expansion, our enrollment is set to increase by over 60% in 2024, a testament to the trust and support our mission has garnered. This growth is not just numerical but a clear indication that our approach is successful in addressing critical social challenges. We're embarking on a Christ-centered journey to sustain and build upon this momentum, seeking divine support for the essential personnel, volunteers, and financial backing needed. Our focus is a three-year development campaign targeting: Operational Vitality: To enhance our day-to-day effectiveness, ensuring top-quality program delivery.Mission Expansion: To broaden our impact across more communities, leveraging our successful models.Alumni Foundation & Endowment: To support and encourage our alumni who are modeling VP's values and to reinvest resources for a sustainable future for years to come. This initiative, inspired by a comprehensive Feasibility Study and supported by a leading development firm, aims to deepen our support base. We're engaging our current backers to amplify their support and outreach, inviting a wider circle of contributors to partake in our mission. Now, as we position ourselves at the community forefront, backed by models of success and a divine mandate. We ask you prayerfully consider joining our transformative mission. Together, we can embody the 'City on a Hill' vision, making a profound and legacy-changing difference. Join us in shaping a brighter future. Your involvement is crucial to illuminating the path we tread. For more information or to support our campaign, please contact me directly at monnieb@victoryproject.org. Together, let's continue on this exciting journey of growth and transformation. Let's make a lasting difference together.

After much prayer and perseverance, we have opened our West Campus. This location, nestled in the Residence Park Neighborhood, will be focused on high school-aged youth. The other campus, in Old North Dayton, will be for middle school-aged youth. The West campus would not have been possible without the generous investment of The Christian Life Center. The congregation gave us the lead gift to purchase and begin to renovate the site. The Dayton Foundation was another significant contributor to our unique combination of business and ministry. Open For 'Businesstry' Monnie Bush - Founder & C.E.O. Throughout the process of opening the high school campus, we have worked to maximize our stewardship. This is evident in two primary ways: Construction and Communication. Our General Contractor and a number of the subcontractors discounted their services; this includes Arcon Builders, C.E.S.O., Reliable Electric, and Korrect Plumbing, as well as others. Total savings was over $200,000. Before beginning this project, we met with members of the Residence Park Neighborhood. The purpose was to build a relationship with people who already live there. This included attending multiple meetings to listen and share feedback about our mission. It culminated with the neighborhood having a private open house before the grand opening. These efforts went a long way to earn the trust of those we hope to serve alongside. It was another chance to model our 'Engagement Solution,' Authenticity, Consistency, and Proximity [creates] Opportunity.
