Every childdeserves aplace to let theirimagination run wild.Prime Time Palm Beach County provides support for children and youth inout-of-school time programs. In 2023-2024, Prime Time made a significantimpact, reaching 32,829 youth across a range of specialized programs:Prime Time expanded learning opportunity (ELO) providers offered210,984 learning experiences that impacted 29,062 youth fosteringacademic growth and personal development. Prime Time STEAM providers offered 14,099 STEAM learning experiencesthat impacted 2,343 youth science, technology, engineering, arts andmathematics inspiring curiosity and creativity.Prime Time Community Empowerment Program providers offered 6,845learning experiences that impacted 765 youth promoting art, dance,drumming, financial literacy, multimedia and creative writing.Prime Time middle school providers offered 3,275 middle school learningexperiences that impacted 659 youth, ensuring they receive age-appropriate academic support and enrichment during criticaldevelopmental years. Out-of-school time professionalsrated the overall value of expandedlearning opportunities (ELOs) foryouth at an impressive 9.56 out of 10.www.primetimepbc.org/children-youth/Prime Time ELO provider Green Mouse Academy(pictured left) brings youth in afterschool HADO, thefirst-ever physical e-sport in the world using AugmentedReality (AR) technology.“The youth were able to expand theirminds and learn new things that mayhave never been exposed to orlearned about! The students had anamazing time with this ELO & wouldlove for this ELO to return.” - Afterschool ProfessionalAn ELO is a hands-on learning activity provided by an expert provider to afterschool and summer programs at no cost to the program or family. Youth rated their engagement with a 4.12 out of 5, appreciating opportunities tolearn, create and feel supported.

The QIS Core Practices Incentive Grant awarded programsa total of $88,250. Core practices included:Program Quality Focused Team Communication Quality Coaching Staff SupportData-Driven Goal AssessmentPrime Time hosted three events titled QIS Brunch & Learn at programsites around the county attracting 36 programs to engage inmeaningful conversations about their leadership and programmingstrategies, fostering an environment of shared learning andcollaboration. A special thank you to long-timeafterschool veteran Lynn Stanavitch(pictured right), who retired afterworking at Prime Time for more than 17years. Every child deservesan afterschoolprogram withdedicated, passionate and professional staff.Prime Time Palm Beach County provides support for out-of-schooltime professionals by providing career advising, educationalpathways, professional development trainings, scholarships,incentives, communities of practice and more.Training attendees: 2,662 Incentives awarded: 2,126Scholarship recipients: 772 ACHIEVE incentive recipients: 437CEUs awarded: 247.6The data above is considered duplicated, a total number ofattendees enrolled in any of Prime Time programs/offerings,without regard to whether a participant is enrolled multiple times.Prime Time Trainer Shabrae Jackson (pictured to theleft and below) facilitates Managing Emotions in OSTthat builds practitioners’ knowledge of emotioncoaching and develops skills they will incorporateinto program activities that teach youth to identifyand safely manage their emotional experiences.
