Do you stay the entire day?Yes, we would love to stay and do touchups for individuals that were serviced, therefore, we do offerextended time rates. There is a 4-hour minimum. Please inquire.2.) Do you offer standalone eyes, lips and/or lash strip services?No, we do not offer a separate "stand-alone" eyes, lips and/or lash strip services. You will be charged thefull makeup applications. Respectfully, no negotiations. 3.) The day of the wedding, a friend/family member/bridesmaid decided she wantedMAKEUP done also, can they be added?No, additional person(s) cannot be added the day of the wedding. It creates stressed time and interrupts theflow of appointments. Only persons discussed prior (2-4 weeks) before the wedding will be included.3.) The day of the wedding, a friend/family member/bridesmaid decided she wanted HAIRdone also, can they be added?To the discretion of the stylist and if time permits, yes, day of members can be added. However, you do have the option to do an "Add-on" service if it's not part of your package. 7). My mother, mother of the bride or grandmother doesn't wear that much makeup. An attendee decided to cancel their appointment(s), can I get a refund? Individual attendee appointments can be canceled (30) thirty days prior of wedding date. Weddings more than 120 days We require our bridal contract to be completed, signed and submitted with a NON-Refundable retainer feeof 50% of the total cost of your wedding services within 7 consecutive days after the signed contract date. Please note that your requested service date will not be secured until this retainer is paid. The remainingbalance of the total is due on or before 14 days prior to the wedding day.10). Weddings less than 120 daysFor weddings less than 120 days of contract signing date, FULL payment is required with signed contract. Please note that your requested service date will not be secured until these requirements are fulfilled. 11). Cancellation Policies If the bride or responsible party decide to cancel this contract, it is required that cancellation be made inwriting thirty (30) days prior to the date of service agreed. If cancelled before the 30 day requirement, the50% retainer fee is still non-refundable. Only the remaining balance will be subject for refund.Contract cancellation after the thirty (30) day requirement, you, the Bride, will be charged and held liablefor the Full Price of all services agreed upon in this contract.
