SOUTHWEST AIRLINES FUEL STORAGE FACILITIES & PIPELINEVRX is performing program management services for Southwest Airlines on their Fuel Storage Facilities and Pipeline project at William P. Hobby Airport in Houston, Texas. This $39M project includes eliminating bulk storage of jet fuel at the east tank farm and instead providing a new pipeline feed that will allow fuel to be pushed directly from an off-site pumping facility to the east tank farm, across the aireld to the west tank farm. The west tank farm will be upgraded to include the construction of three new approximately 35,800 bbl tanks within the existing west tank farm site.As part of its program management services, VRX coordinates daily with Southwest Airlines, the contractor, the architect, stakeholders, and the Houston Airport system. We also provide overall project management, perform full-time on-site construction inspection, assist with environmental issues, oversee the project schedule and budget, and review pay applications and change orders. DFW SKYLINK, ON-CALL STRUCTURAL INSPECTIONSVRX has led two teams of inspectors responsible for routine and fracture-critical bridge inspections in accordance with TxDOT and FHWA criteria. Among the structures VRX was responsible for was the Skylink system, an automated people mover (APM) with 64 trains on an elevated railway that extends 4.8 miles in a bi-directional loop. Skylink connects all terminals at DFW International Airport. Our services included performing site visits, collecting data and providing analysis. We performed fracture-critical inspection of parallel steel box girder structures as well as parallel I-girder bent caps, among other items. Fracture-critical members were closely inspected, with special attention paid to the tension zones, connections, and weld details. Suspected cracks were tested with dye penetrant. We evaluated the overall structural conditions, recommended repairs, and developed a maintenance schedule. VRX also performed routine inspections on all concrete elements of 38 fracture-critical bridges. Areas of concrete structures requiring special attention include the bearing corners of inverted T caps and the bearing corners of concrete box girders. In addition, VRX provided in-service condition inspections for bridge, roadway, and taxiway structures located at DFW International Airport in accordance with National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS) requirements.Construction Cost: N/ACompletion: 2018AVIATION EXPERTISEPROJECT PORTFOLIO

GEORGE BUSH INTERCONTINENTAL AIRPORT (IAH)NEW TERMINAL C NORTHUnited Airlines’ New Terminal C North at Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) was a $260M program grouped into two projects. The terminal building ($175M construction value) was a CMAR delivery built by Manhattan Construction Company and managed by another consultant. VRX, Inc. managed the second project ($85M in ramp, fueling, and utilities) also built by Manhattan. The Houston Airport System (HAS) funded the project. As part of its management scope, VRX helped procure and install a dozen new jet bridges for the new terminal. VRX’s New Terminal C North project has won several awards: • Silver Medal, 2018 ACEC Texas Engineering Excellence Award• CMAA North Texas 2017 Project Achievement Award in the “Transportation Greater Than $100M” Category• 2017 ENR Regional Best Project AwardConstruction Cost: $260MCompletion: 2017AVIATION EXPERTISEPROJECT PORTFOLIOPROJECT PROGRESSION:2015 2016 2017

GEORGE BUSH INTERCONTINENTAL AIRPORT (IAH)NEW TERMINAL C NORTH (continued) As part of the new Terminal C North program at George Bush Intercontinental Airport Houston (IAH), VRX was the prime Program Manager on behalf of United Airlines for the $85M Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project built by Manhattan. The Houston Airport System (HAS) funded the project. VRX’s project included 24 acres of removal and replacement of 17.5-inch concrete apron paving surrounding the new concourse, including sections of taxiway. It also included the removal, relocation and replacement of the hydrant fueling system; replacement of aircraft approach lighting and signage; providing all required site utilities (including chilled/hot water, electrical, domestic water, re water, sanitary sewer and drainage to the new concourse); relocating the existing security gate for Terminal C2; and providing the Aircraft Operations Area (AOA) security fencing. VRX provided the security fence during construction and relocated the permanent AOA fence after construction was completed. The apron pavement section originally called for a typical bond breaker of 2-inch Hot Mix Asphalt Construction (HMAC). During the value engineering process, VRX vetted the substitution of a parafn wax bond breaker, which was accepted by the Engineer of Record because it met all FAA P-501 specications requirements and resulted in time/cost savings. Separately, VRX inspectors identied punch list items to address on the ramp concrete throughout the project duration rather until waiting until the end of the project. This meant the contractor continually addressed issues, making the nal inspection far more successful. The project team went above and beyond to achieve all client needs and expectations. For example, in December 2015, the team worked to complete certain New C North program items earlier than shown in the baseline schedule to enable United Airlines’ annual Fantasy Flight. During this annual charitable event, United takes ill children on a mock ight to the “North Pole,” where Santa is waiting at the gate to give them gifts.
