Barry Mike S Future of the BHCC Discussion was had regarding 2022 events in the Sioux Falls area and at Jerry s Volunteers will still be needed for those events as well as ongoing coordination with our partners in Spearfish Stu Kris H Discussion of future possibilities regarding the merchandise trailer and merchandise sales Several different ideas were discussed and more research will be done to determine the best approach for next year Merchandise sales data will be reflected in the BHCC P L Kris A new BHCC Chair will need to be selected for next year Wrapping up the final financials from the 50th BHCC which based on the feedback was a HUGE success Motion to adjourn the meeting by Stu O seconded by Greg J Meeting adjourned at 8 07PM pm Minutes recorded by Ray Florom in place of Donna Florom

Barry Planning is completed for Autocross on June 11 at the Fairgrounds Jeff Vendors have provided a few give away items which will be distributed at the car show The Honor Flights event on June 13 will now be a Drive and Dine More details will be publicized to ensure participants are aware if they if they want to drive into the Veteran s Cemetery there is about mile of gravel road to do so Planning coordination is ongoing to arrange food trucks for the car show Greg M There were 29 cars at the Spring Rally with dinner at the Blue Rock afterward Feedback was very positive Stu Some merchandise for the BHCC will be ready for pickup possibly next week Will review current on hand merchandise for the possibility of updating it with the 50th BHCC logo Confirmed availability of the truck needed to pull to the merchandise trailer Kris 968 people registered for the BHCC to date 760 people registered for Hot Summer Nights to date Continuing to seek out volunteers for some open spots and will discuss this at the general member meeting next week Mike S Barry Future BHCC information Spearfish has provided a proposal to host the BHCC after this year The proposal was reviewed with the Board After discussion it was determined Board members will revisit the proposal after taking some time to evaluate what has been offered and possible options Meeting adjourned at 8 48 pm Minutes recorded by Ray Florom for Donna Florom Secretary

Greg M Spring Rally date is May 2nd show up around noon first cars out around 1 00 prizes are on order Stu Kris Lisa Will work with Kris to look at getting ladies lounge pants with Corvette on the legs also potentially tote bags and travel mugs There is about 18k worth of merchandise that we are looking to clearance to move Look at bringing merchandise to general meetings to help move as well Record setting registration numbers for all the events Working on last minute logistics with the Fairgrounds Working with Stu on merchandise The BHCC Facebook page has a post regarding Hot Summer Nights please share with other Corvette groups and clubs Chuck Weiss has a 1 ton truck to pull the merchandise trailer will work on lining up the 2 nd truck Proposed changes to the 2021 Budget include o Reduce contract labor by 2k o Add 500 to Autocross o Add 500 for general merchandise Budget approved with the proposed changes motioned by Greg M 2 nd by John K all were in favor motion approved Meeting adjourned at 8 13 pm Minutes recorded by Donna Florom Secretary
