Thanks to you, from an operating standpoint, the rst quarter of this year was the best in TIB’s over 40 year history. And, as you can tell by the graph on the right, we are ahead of our forecast. I can’t wait to see what the coming months bring for both TIB and our partner banks. The theme for our 2024 Annual Report was “Flywheel to Fortress.” If you’ve read the Jim Collins book, Good to Great,* you are familiar with the “Flywheel” concept. This is when an organization develops incredible momentum from all of its positive actions, then perpetuates its ownsuccesses. I believe we are experiencing that eect now.As for the “fortress” part of that theme, we are focused on making TIB an impenetrable fortress of nancial strength for decades to come. Cash is king and we plan on continuing to build our capital. In fact, our goal is to amass $500 million in capital by 2029. With this level of capital, TIB will ALWAYS be here for our partner banks and whatever the economy may throw at us.Thank you for all of the day-to-day things you do to make TIB the best correspondent provider in the country and, for that matter, the world! No other organization even approaches what we do for community banks or how we consistently do it. That is what powers the ywheel and what will continue to build the fortress.*If you have not read “Good to Great,” let Kara Ellis know and we will provide you with a free copy!Key RatiosKey Ratios TIBTIBWellWellCapitalizedCapitalizedBasel IIIBasel IIILeverage RatioLeverage Ratio 12.79%12.79% 5.00%5.00% 4.00%4.00%CET 1 Capital RatioCET 1 Capital Ratio 17.03%17.03% 6.50%6.50% 7.00%7.00%Tier 1 Capital RatioTier 1 Capital Ratio 17.03%17.03% 8.00%8.00% 8.50%8.50%Total Capital RatioTotal Capital Ratio 18.20%18.20% 10.00%10.00% 10.50%10.50%Texas RatioTexas Ratio 1.42%1.42%$8,652 $10,560 $11,449 2021 2022 2025Best First Quarters in TIB History(Operating Income | $000s)Q1 of 2025 was the best rst quarter in TIB’s 43-year history!

WelcomeBack!!
PARTNER SPOTLIGHTCongratulations toJulie Pachecoon earning the prestigious certication ofCertied Anti-Money Laundering Specialist While the rest of us were enjoying our Presidents Day Holiday, Julie Pacheco spent her day at a testing facility - the culmination of months’ worth of study towards her “Certied Anti-Money Laundering Specialist” in the ACAMS program. Julie successfully passed her test on the rst try. Given the comprehensive nature of this test, candidates have three chances to pass. Doing so on the rst try is quite an accomplishment! Since many of us may not be familiar with the CAMS certication, here are a few facts: 1. CAMS stands for “Certied Anti-Money Laundering Specialist” and is a professional credential awarded by the Association of Certied Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), signifying expertise in identifying, preventing, and investigating money laundering activities. It is widely considered the “gold standard” in the eld of anti-money laundering compliance globally. 2. To earn a CAMS certication, individuals must pass a rigorous exam covering AML laws, risk assessment, customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, suspicious activity reporting, and more. 3. A CAMS certication is highly valued by nancial institutions, regulatory bodies, and employers in the compliance eld, as it demonstrates a professional’s commitment to upholding high standards in AML prevention.WELL DONE, TRUSTED PARTNER!Thank you for your commitment to TIB and our Partner Banks!
