Project Update Project Goal
Construct a new school building to create a safe and secure educational environment more conducive to learning for students in Carrefour Joute, Haiti.
It was last reported that this project was near completion. Our team installed the cyclone fence, and Father Yves Edmond, the school director, organized an inauguration ceremony on April 11. The event included stakeholders such as FFTP's Haiti team, parents, and students.
Since then, the wording has been sent to Artwork for the fabrication of the sign and it is reaching completion.
As for the solar lamps, they are scheduled to be installed in September 2023. Per the timeline, the installation of the sign has been extended by one month.
Remaining Components
A) Project sign installation.
B) N-computers installation.
C) Solar-powered street lights installation.
