A Comparative Market Analysis (orCMA) is a report that realtors use tohelp determine the accurate value ofyour home. We use similar properties in your areathat have been recently listed sold orhaven't sold at all. All of these give usinsight into what your home could sellfor in today's market. Our CMA will look at what makes yourproperty unique or things that areeither better in your home or makeyour home less desirable whencompared to other properties that havesold.
