Jacqueline joins us following her recent graduation from the University of Georgia, where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fabric Design. Her passion for textiles has been evident throughout her academic journey, particularly in woven textiles, which has seamlessly translated into her position at Balta Rugs. During her time at the University of Georgia, Jacqueline cultivated a deep understanding of woven textiles, focusing on their intricate construction and artistic potential. This has proven invaluable as she transitions into her role here at Balta, where she will be contributing her expertise in designing all different styles of area rugs.Jacqueline’s journey to our team is not just a professional milestone but also a personal one. Growing up just outside Atlanta, Georgia, she has found a special connection with our company, appreciating the opportunity to work in her field close to home. Her enthusiasm for textiles, combined with her academic background and practical experience, makes her a valuable asset to our team. She will be working under the direction of Grace Veres, our Product Design Manager, whose guidance and leadership will further enrich Jacqueline’s professional growth. “We are excited for Jacqueline to join our team and look forward to seeing her designs flourish!” says Veres.
