First-time tortoise owners are often seduced into buying totally unsuitable tortoise pens and equipment. Leaving the tortoise with little or no space to roam. They may look good with ornate balconies and stairs,!but the unsuspecting new keepers have no idea the stress and frustration it can cause their poor little pet. After all, you don’t see them living like this in their own natural habitat now do you? We recommend from a hatchling that your tortoise will need an enclosure which is 130 x 90 (4ft x 3ft) any smaller and we believe they will soon get frustrated. Wood enclosures are cheap but unfortunately, they rot very easily. You may have to purchase a new tortoise table or enclosure every year.!Our tortoise tables and enclosures are made!from durable, quality recyclable plastic. Therefore, is great for tortoise biosecurity and won't rot if left out in all weathers. *If you cover the table during the winter months you will increase the longevity of the table and preserve it better. Available in two colours and three sizes, this table has proved to be very popular for indoor and outdoor use. Excellent to keep your tortoise safe and in an enclosed area. The base has a loose fit and easily slots together. These incredible products not only look good but can be used anywhere in the home too. Although the base is loosely fitted it will not allow soil to fall through. When using indoors you can still easily spray the soil to keep it damp.
