The jackfruit is the biggest food that grows on a tree. It grows in tropical areas, and weighs usually around 80 pounds and has a length of a whopping 3 feet. The jackfruit also is a good source of protein, potassium and calcium. Plus it tastes like a mix of a mango, papaya, and banana. This mix of fruit taste makes it perfect in coleslaw and tacos.

In fact it is the most powerful fruit that does that because it contains lignans, saponins, and isoflavones, which have anticancer, antihypertensive, anti-ulcer, antioxidant, and anti-aging habits. This unsettling cheese takes months to prepare it since you have to have real maggots inside it to create their eggs on the cheese to perfect the dish. The cheese is usually bowl shaped since the maggots eat it and has a color of light yellow to white.  It has been banned by European union but still on black market today.

Make sure that if you get some of your own the mushrooms that are wet, dark-colored, or have mold spots.
