We wear double taps on our shoes and we dance to all sorts of
music. Come try out this Appalachian tap dancing in a updated style.

Basic Aerobics
Low impact, high energy cardio workout, great for baby boomers and

Aerobic Jazz-Total Body Workout
The first 30 minutes we will stretch; work on the upper body muscles,
waist, sit-ups, lower leg muscles, triceps, biceps and other major
areas. Light weights encouraged to get the toning effect. The other
30 minutes will be dedicated to the fun jazzy steps to get you hooping
& hollering while listening to top 40’s music. Bring a mat and wear

Gentle Yoga For Seniors
This class is especially designed for seniors and less flexible begin-
ners over 50. These gentle stretching poses inspire and support
increased vitality, strength and flexibility. The benefits of practicing
yoga are endless and they hold true at any age. We will do both chair
and mat work, so please bring a yoga sticky mat and a beach towel
