  - 180 g of sugar.

  - 3 eggs.

  - 100 g wheat flour.

  - 50 g of milled almond.

  - 1 tablespoon of flour.

  - 1 tablespoon of cream.

  - 1 teaspoon of salt.

PREPARATION:

We preheat the oven to 175ºC.
We start by making the base of sponge cake. For this, we beat the sugar with the eggs until they triple their volume. While we beat, add melted butter (and tempered).
On this preparation, sieve the flour, the yeast and the salt. Mix gently with the help of a spatula.
Pour into a removable round mold (with the base covered with vegetable paper) and bake 25 minutes at 175ºC.
Meanwhile, prepare the topping by mixing all the ingredients in a container suitable for the microwave. We heat to blows, stirring each time, and taking care that it does not boil.
We take out the cake from the oven and cover it with the crispy topping. We introduce again in the oven and cook 20 more minutes (at 175ºC) or until the surface acquires a beautiful golden tone and has caramelized. Let cool completely before unmolding.

Second Menu:

 Cheddar cheese crackers

Ingredients:

-100 gr of Chedar cheese

-200 gr of strength flour

-200 g of butter

-1 egg

-2 tablespoons of milk

-1 teaspoon baking powder

-1 teaspoon mustard

-Salt

Preparation

  1. We will put butter, cheese, egg, milk, mustard and salt in the glass of our food processor and we will process it until we obtain a soft, ointment-like cream.
  2. With the help of a sieve, add the flour mixed with the baking powder and mix well helping with your hands until you get a compact, smooth and homogeneous mass.
  3.  Let stand in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  4.  After this time we stretch the dough with a thickness of half a centimeter on our work table that we will have prepared with baking paper the size of the source that we will then use to bake the cookies.
  5. Then we will use the back of a confectioner's sleeve nozzle (if you can not use a small circular cutter) to make the holes characteristic of the cheese. We will do it irregularly imitating an authentic cheese.
  6. Once we have all the mass of holes, we will cut the portions with a knife. We will pretend that we are drawing a spider's web.
  7.  First we will make straight cuts in the shape of a star and then a couple of circles, in this way we will obtain cookies in the shape of a triangle but of different sizes and shapes.
  8.  We put the oven paper on the source and take it to the refrigerator for another 15 minutes. After this time, remove and taking advantage of the dough will be a little more firm, separate the portions before putting the source in the oven.
  9. We take a preheated oven to 180º for 12 minutes.
  10. Remove the source of the oven, let the cookies cool for 5 minutes in the same source and then place them in a rack until they cool completely.
