Drinking Water Helps Maintain the Balance of Body Fluids. Your body is composed of about 60% water. The functions of these bodily fluids include digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature.

How can it harm your body?

When you drink more water you urinate more, And studies have shown that when you urinate excessively your kidneys have to work overtime to try stabilizing your system.Too much water also dilutes your blood. But when your kidneys are unable to get rid of the excess water, the cells in your body swell and take in more and more water to relieve the burden on the kidneys.
