CAPRESE SALAD: from Italy


-4 big tomatoes

-½ kg of fresh mozzarella cheese

-1 handful of fresh basil leafs

-Extra virgin olive oil

-Balsamic oil

-A little bit of salt

-Black pepper

At firSt of all is wash the basil leafs and select the best leafs and allow them to dry. Cut the mozzarella and the tomatoes to slices. Later put a little bit of salt in the slices of tomato and the mozzarella. Finally place all the ingredients in a big plate, of the following way, a piece of tomato, one of mozzarella and a basil leaf. Then to end put two tablespoon of olive oil and balsamic oil and a little bit black pepper to give a different flavor.

First of all, we have to wash the salad and the onions. Once we have all the ingredients ready to cook, we take a frying pan for the beef and the bacon. To don’t waste time, I recommend you to fry it at the same time. After this, we have to put more oil to the same pan, increase the heat and fry the egg. The egg has to be the last thing to do because it fries very quickly. The last obvious step is to put the ingredients into the hamburguer, and ready to eat!

BURGER:fROM USA
  • -2 slices of bread

  • -1 piece of beef

  • -2 slices of bacon

  • -1 slice of cheese

We put the flour in a bowl and add little by little, milk, eggs, salt and sugar. The dough should be smooth but not thick, you can beat it by hand or with an electric mixer. Let it stand for 1 hour and then spread a medium skillet with the butter and wait for it to warm over medium heat. To make the first pancake we put a soup spoon, and we distribute it so that it take up the whole base of the pan.Once it is golden like 1 minute over a low heat, the layer under the pancake is removed with the help of a spatula and we turn it over to brown the other side. We must repeat the operation to grease the pan with butter with each pancake. The approximate total time of elaboration is about 15 minutes.



French crepes with chocolate and cream

125 gr of flour

2 eggs

1/4 of milk

50 gr of butter

1 spoon of butter to spread the pan

5 gr of sugar

A little bit of salt

For the sauce:

75 gr of chocolate coverage

100 ml of milk

SECOND MENU

  • First dish: beef pincho moruno, from Spain.
  • Main dish: olivier salad, from Belgium.
  • Dessert: pancakes with maple syrup, from Canada.

Brochette / Beef pincho moruno: from Spain.

For do a brochette, we need to prepare a marinade, with spices, paprika and  lemon juice, chop the chosen meat into large cubes, marinate the meat all night to take the flavor and get it tenderize. Finally cook it over on a hot coal or on a grill over a high heat to leave it toasted on the outside and juicy on the inside. Also with the brochette we combine the slices of beef with other slices of pepper, onion and vegetables.

Olivier salad: from Belgium

We started cooking the potatoes, eggs and carrots. Then cut the ingredients to size to everyone's taste. Let it cook for 25 minutes, and when it is finished the time we introduce eggs, 1 tablespoon salt and let it cook for 10 minutes more. On the other hand we make homemade mayonnaise. Once we have everything, mix well in a bowl and put it in the fridge to cool.
