Stress: what a stressful situation !
Definition: a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstance.
Stress can lead to physical symptoms including headaches, upset stomach, elevated blood pressure, chest pain, and sleeping problems. Research suggests that stress also can bring on or worsen certain symptoms or diseases. In some cases, there may be somes complications such as sleep deprivation, drugs addiction and heart disease or even heart attack.
Stress can be positive such as keeping us alert and ready to avoid danger or to help us to be more efficient. Otherwise, it can be negative,when a person faces continuous challenges without a break between challenges. As a result, the person becomes overworked and stressful.
