STARTER
Mozarella salad:
Place tomato slices, alternating with mozzarella slices, on a large plate.
Combine oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and
mix that very well
Drizzle over tomatoes and mozzarella; sprinkle with basil.

FIRST DISH
Spaguetti bolognesa:
Put a large saucepan on a medium heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil. Add the bacon
and fry for 10 mins until it is golden and crisp.
Reduce the heat and add the onion, garlic and rosemary, then fry for 10 mins.
Stir the veg often until it softens.
Increase the heat to medium-high, add the mince and cook stirring for 3-4 mins
until the meat is browned all over.
Add the tinned tomatoes, chopped basil, oregano, bay leaves.
Bring to the boil, reduce to a gentle simmer and cover with a lid. Cook for 1 hr
15 mins stirring occasionally, until you have a rich, thick sauce. Add the
Parmesan, check the seasoning and stir.
When the Bolognese is nearly finished cook the spaghetti following pack
instructions. And after they are cooked, serve with grated Parmesan, the extra
basil leaves and crusty bread.

beef. An option is to buy the
meat in a butcher to have a
better quality of food.

SECOND DISH
San Jacobo:
Lay 4 slices of ham on clean work area or counter.
Lay a cheese slice on each ham slice and another slice of ham on top.
Break the eggs into a medium size bowl or a small, open baking dish with a flat
bottom. Add water to eggs and beat with a wire whip.
Put bread crumbs onto plate and mix together.
Pour enough oil into a medium frying pan to completely cover the bottom.
When oil is hot, bread the ham and cheese: Dip the ham and cheese into the
beaten egg and then dredge in the flour and bread crumb mixture.
Fry the San Jacobo in the oil until golden brown and turn over and fry on the
flip side.
Remove from the frying pan and place on a paper to drain.
8 slices (about 4" x 4") cooked ham, 4
slices cheese (thin), 1/2 cup white
flour (unbleached), 1/2 cup bread
crumbs, 2 eggs, 2 Tbsp. water, 8
oz/1/4 liter olive oil for frying.
DESERT
Brownie:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8-inch
square pan.
In a large saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter. Remove from heat, and stir in sugar,
eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat in 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup flour, salt, and
baking powder. Spread batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overcook.
If you want, you can add liquid hot chocolate to it.
1/2 cup butter, 1 cup white
sugar, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon
vanilla extract, 1/3 cup
unsweetened cocoa powder,
1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4
teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon
baking powder. And for the
brownie, you can take a very
good chocolate, and you will
get a very nice flavour.

STARTER
Canapes deluxe:
Cut a small piece of bimbo bread.
Cut a small piece of cheese.
Cut a small piece of pink salmon.
Put a little bit of butter in the bimbo bread
Lay the piece of cheese.
Lay the piece of pink salmon.
Same proportion
4 pieces of bimbo
bread(small), 4 pieces of
pink salmon(small), 4
pieces of cheese(small
slices).
FIRST DISH
Cheeseburguer:
Take the raw Burger meat and put a slice of cheese inside
Take the frying pan with oil and put the burger meat in.
Leave it there 5 minutes, and then turn it over another 5 minutes.
When you see that the meat is done and the cheese is melted take it out of the
frying pan.
Take 2 burger breads and lay the lettuce, tomato and then the meat with
cheese.
100gr of meat, one slice of
cheese, two or more slices of
lettuce and tomato.

Fruit salad with natural yogurt:
  Take some fruit you like. 
  Cut it in small pieces. 
  Take two natural yogurts and pour it in a big dish 
  When you have poured the yogurt put the fruit slices in the top 
  You have your fruit salad. 

One yogurt and some pieces of fruit..
Very easy!
