VENDOR INFORMATION VENDOR BOOTH FEES DATE TIME Saturday December 2nd 2017 10 00am 4 00pm Booth Set up Times Friday 12 1 5 00pm 8 00pm Saturday 12 2 8 00am 9 30am The building will be locked Friday night In addition there will be Security present at the event on Saturday ELIGIBILITY St Mary s Christmas Craft Fair will be converting to a juried event However in recognition that this is the first year our Fair will be juried 9 of the Vendor space will be allocated to Direct Sales Vendors who fit in with the overall direction of the show All juried slots will be filled first then Direct Sales Vendors will be invited at the Committee s discretion PLEASE NOTE We will promote fairness quality and diversity in the Vendor pool As such space assignments are subject to change in order to ensure a diverse final layout for the Fair Final assignments will be included in your welcome packet provided when you arrive for setup Every effort is made to honor requested booth locations BOOTH SIZE AVAILABILITY Gym 15 x8 Quantity 1 Gym Family Life Center 10 x8 Quantity 70 Hallway 8 x3 Quantity 8 Gym Family Life Center Interior Booths 10 x8 60 Corner Booths 10 x8 75 Corner Booth 15 x8 100 Hallway Booth against the Wall 10 x3 40 Each Booth comes with 2 complimentary chairs Hallway Booths come with one chair Each accepted vendor is expected to donate one Door Prize item All payments will be processed via Paypal No checks will be accepted ADDITIONAL RENTALS 8 Rectangle Table 10 Additional Chair 5 VENDOR AMENITIES Vendor Lounge We know that your number one priority is to sell your inventory But we also know it can be a very long day We will be providing an exclusive vendor lounge The lounge will feature comfortable seating free snacks drinks and other amenities Best Booth Prize There will be a cash prize for the Best Vendor Booth We will be evaluating the overall aesthetic and highlighting that Vendor to all Visitors The Best Booth will be revealed at Noon There will be a specific call out by the DJ at that time encouraging traffic to that Booth HOW WHEN DO YOU APPLY Vendor applications will be available June 15th on our website Any and all interested vendors should apply at that time All applications will be reviewed by the St Mary s Craft Fair Committee Accepted Vendors will be notified by July 1st and directed to submit payment Final confirmation of participation will only be given once payment is received Once Handmade Artisans are chosen select Direct Sales Vendors will be chosen to fill out the remaining 9 of our floor space These vendors will be notified by July 15th SOCIAL MEDIA Our social presence is growing Please follow us to get the latest updates SMCraftFair SMCraftFair SMCraftFair ADDITIONAL SPOTLIGHT OPPORTUNITIES Craft Fair Bingo 25 BINGO Each Visitor will receive a Bingo card In order to win a prize Shoppers must visit each participating Vendor Booth to receive a stamp This is a fantastic opportunity to guarantee visitors to your booth Only 24 spots

VENDOR FAQ Premium Coffee Hot Chocolate Bar 500 Raffle What is this Fair all about Our Fair sponsored by St Mary s Home School Association will be entering it s 34rd year It s grown from a small School function to one of the highlights of the Holiday Season The event directly helps the children and Staff at St Mary s Proceeds are used to provide additional resources including technology in the classroom enrichment assets and support for the Teaching Staff This year s Craft Fair will include new entertainment and food options Some of those changes include Musical entertainment by a top notch local DJ A magical Elf Village where kids can play holiday games participate in crafts and find enjoyment while their Parents shop Pictures with Santa Parents will be able to get holiday shopping done and have the kids pictures taken with Jolly St Nick How many Vendors will be at this event We will have 79 Vendors participate in this year s Craft Fair How many Visitors are expected The Craft Fair is usually well attended because of the support of the School families and their extended network However this year we ve added professional event management to expand the reach of the Craft Fair There will be aggressive advertising via traditional methods and social media We anticipate approximately 2500 visitors specifically looking for Holiday shopping items Waiting List Once our vendors slots are full we will automatically add additional vendors to a waiting list In the event of a cancellation the Committee will contact the next Vendor as soon as possible Parking There is free surface parking for the entire event In addition there are several load in points for Vendors Electricity There will be a subset of booths approximately 40 that will have access to electricity Please specify when you fill out your application if you would like this option Food Vendors will be provided with a voucher for free breakfast items coffee juice donuts bagels fruit etc There will also be a lunch delivery option available for purchase Order forms will be in the welcome packets handed out at check in Volunteers There will be many St Mary s Helpers that will be available to assist you during the day They will be able to help with load in load out food delivery to your booth watching your booth during a restroom break gathering needed items from our Vendor Information Booth including trash bags etc They are there to help you be successful Wi Fi Free wi fi will be available during the Fair The password will be supplied in your welcome packet NO EARLY TEAR DOWNS This will result in exclusion from future events
