You should use numbers in your passwords.

You should use atleast 8 characters.

You should never give your password to anyone.

Make them hard for others to guess.

Make them easy for you to remember.

Dont use dictionary words.

Consider using a password manager.

8.     Cool off before responding to messages in anger
