Ecuador is tropical and has high temperatures. The average is 77o F (25o C). Also it rains a lot in Ecuador. The eastern part and northern parts are the areas with more rain. The Central and western plain and coast are affected by a cool ocean current, making them  cooler areas. Ecuador is mostly hot and humid all year around. Ecuador is a very tropical country.
