Sailbrand started life over 35 years ago as a fresh fish supplier to the hotels, restaurants and caterers of West Yorkshire. We still pride ourselves on the quality of our fresh fish sourced not just from the major fishing ports of the United Kingdom but from places such as Sri Lanka, Turkey, Greece, Spain and Canada. In fact the world of fresh fish is so diverse it’s almost impossible to tell you what we’ll have in stock until the day. With very few exceptions our Smoked Fish range is produced for us by one of three of the leading artisan smokers in the United Kingdom. We use The Port of Lancaster Smokehouse in Glasson Dock, Lancashire (POLSCO), Borthwen Smokehouse, Fleetwood and Severn and Wye Smokehouse in Gloucestershire. Each of our products has been carefully sourced and selected for quality and flavour.
