Benson
Gretchen Benson was born in Galveston, Texas. After
moving around to a handful of cities (Albuquerque, Austin
and Denver), Gretchen’s family ended up in Kingwood,
Texas right outside the Houston area. When it was time
for college, Gretchen moved back to Colorado and
attended Colorado State University which is located in
Fort Collins, Colorado. While in college Gretchen
worked at Wilderness Inquiry, a company that specializes
in outdoor adventure trips for the disabled. Working at
Wilderness Inquiry gave Gretchen the experience and
skills for handling individuals and their families in
demanding yet rewarding situations.
From a 1 bedroom, 1bath mountain condo to a
ski-in/ski-out home, she can manage it all. Gretchen's
strength and perseverance to handle a transaction from
the beginning phase all the way through to the closing will
guarantee that her client's interests are always her
