A selection of cocktails with Canabella Cachaça.

CANABELLA
CACHAÇA
PRATA
classic caipirinha
Ingredients
60ml Canabella Cachaça Prata
2 teaspoons of sugar
1 lime quartered
Ice
Method
In a shaker, muddle the lime and sugar.
Add Canabella Cachaça Prata and ice.
Shake.
Serve in a short / on the rocks glass.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.
PRATA
black tea
Ingredients
50ml Canabella Cachaça Prata
60ml black tea
15ml fresh lime juice
15ml sugar syrup
3 dashes Angostura orange bitters
1 lemon grass stalk
Ice
Method
Chill a long glass while preparing the drink.
Fill a shaker with ice.
Add all of the ingredients and shake well.
Serve with entire contents of the shaker.
Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a lemon grass stalk.
PRATA
brazilian mojito
Ingredients
60ml Canabella Cachaça Prata
20ml sugar syrup
25ml fresh lime juice
8 mint leaves
Soda water
Method
Gently muddle the mint with the sugar syrup
and lime juice in a glass.
Add ice.
Add Canabella Cachaça Prata.
Complete with soda water.
Stir with a spoon.
Add ice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
PRATA
cachatonic
Ingredients
70ml Canabella Cachaça Prata
2 x cardamom seeds
Tonic water
2 x sliced lemon halves
Ice
Method
Add one slice of lemon and the cardamom
seeds to a rocks glass.
Crush the seeds into the lemon.
Add ice.
Add the remaining lemon.
Add Canabella Cachaça Prata.
Complete with tonic water and gently stir.
Garnish with lemon peel and a lightly crushed
sprig of rosemary.
JEQUITIBÁ

Ingredients
60ml Canabella Cachaça Jequitibá
20ml Canabella Clove and Cinnamon Liqueur
25ml mango shrub
15ml fresh lime juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Ice
Method
Chill a martini / coupe glass while
preparing this drink.
Add all of the ingredients to
a shaker with ice.
Shake.
Double strain.
Garnish with a sprig of basil.
JEQUITIBÁ

Ingredients
60ml Canabella Cachaça Jequitibá
20ml toasted Brazil nut syrup
10ml Cointreau
10ml fresh lime juice
1 dash orange bitters
Method
Add all of the ingredients to a
shaker with ice.
Shake.
Double strain into a
rocks class filled with ice.
Garnish with orange peel and a sprig of mint.
CLOVE & CINNAMON LIQUEUR
Ingredients
70ml Canabella Clove and Cinnamon Liqueur
100ml pineapple purée
25ml fresh passion fruit pulp
4 x medium sized fresh basil leaves
Method
Chill a martini glass while
preparing this drink.
Add all of the ingredients and ice in a shaker.
Shake and strain.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
