Outlines the many products and services the RE/MAX Properties of the Summit
(RPOTS) marketing department oers its brokers. The use of any of these services is
totally optional.
As you will see on the pages that follow there are print products, digital products and
marketing campaigns designed to make marketing easier and more consistent for the
brokers. Marketing also provides signs, posts and other essentials.
While we list here the many products and services we oer our brokers, if you don’t see
what you are looking for just ask. We do not do everything. We know what we are good
at and know what we don’t specialize in. If we don’t do it in-house we can help you find
the right resource.

For the Do-It-Yourselfers...
It should be noted that RE/MAX Design Center & IMPREV Listing Automation allows
brokers to self-generate many print and digital marketing pieces at no cost. If you would
like to learn more about Design Center & IMPREV Listing Automation please see your
oce administrator who can help you get that information. Unlike the RPOTS in-house
Marketing Department, Design Center is a do it yourself platform.
RPOTS Marketing
How to order:
Ordering couldn’t be easier. Pick what’s easiest for you.
1. You can simply email the RPOTS marketing team at remaxpots@gmail.com with your
order or questions.
2. You can call the Marketing Department at 970-368-7642
3. You can order through the Admin in your oce. While the Admin is not the person doing the
work on your project they can help get it ordered.
Turnaround Times:
There are dierent turnaround times for the three dierent project types.
1. Grab & Go! products
These products can be obtained from the front desk during business hours.
2. Broker-branded products
These products are template driven yet Broker-branded using an RPOTS IMPREV design and
Design Center. While personalized to each broker, the layout is a fixed, non-custom,
non-changeable layout. The only changes on the template are the content, not the
layout.
• Turnaround time 3 business days for a proof
• The finished product is delivered within 3 business days after the proof is approved
3. Custom products
These will require a consult with our team and the graphic artist. At that point we will be able to
assess the scope of the work required. A quote on time and cost will be generated and agreed
upon. Products are totally customized each time they are produced. They are
not standard and often involve multiple rounds of proofing.
Proof policy:
All marketing orders are input into
an internal tracking system to ensure
timeliness and accuracy. Once an
order is entered by the marketing
sta, you will receive a confirmation
email acknowledging the order. It is
the broker’s responsibility to approve,
or disapprove the proof with desired
changes in writing or via email in a
timely manner. Projects requiring a proof
will not advance until the proof has been
approved by the broker in writing.
Accuracy guarantee:
If it’s wrong, we will make it right. Every
time. If the project is completed and
not consistent with the proof approved
in writing by the broker, the marketing
department will redo the project in a
expedited time frame.
Custom design time:
While this catalog includes design
costs for each product, should a special
project require additional design time
the rate is $ 50/hr with a 1/4 hour
minimum with the graphic artist and a
consulting fee will apply.

IMPREV: Templates on five marketing pieces are generated upon placement in the MLS. It may take up to 48 hours for
the marketing pieces to show up in the agents design center projects folder. The five items are: property flyer, e-Postcard,
branded/unbranded virtual tour, jumbo "Just Listed" postcard and property website.
Small Edits: This will include image order, subdivision, additional description in body of marketing piece and correcting
errors in listing.
Design Center: RPOTS will chose a design template via RE/MAX Design Center to be used to generate dierent look
and feel than what is generated in IMPREV. If the property value is over $900k we will use the Collection series template
(black) options and the RE/MAX template options for all listings under $900k.
Custom Design: There may be a time that IMPREV and Design Center do not meet the needs of a listing. In this case we
will refer the agent to an outside designer. The agent will work with RPOTS Marketing and the outside designer to achieve
their desired custom designed marketing piece.
Template: layout never changes, just content and pictures.
Mailing: All postage will be billed at the current rate and added to agents monthly A/R. In the case of Merrill or Express
Copy, the printing and mailing will be quoted together on a project basis, if the agent elects to have them handle the
mailing of the postcards directly.
Printing: We oer to print in-house or send it out to the printer of the agents choosing.
In-house: Will be completed by RPOTS sta and billed at the current color copy rate. Card-stock or specialty paper
may be supplied for printing by the agent. This option does NOT have full bleed capabilities
Contract Printing: Vista print, Express Copy, Copy Copy will be quoted per job based on quantity and size and will
have tax and shipping added as charged. Full bleed IS available with this option.
Full Bleed Printing: The printing extends to edge of the paper, without a white border.
Production: Production includes cutting out of postcards or stung envelopes, labeling & mailing marketing pieces. This
will be billed at $15 per 100 cards or letters printed, produced and mailed.
Grab and Go: These items are available at the front desk. Some items are free of charge while others will be added to
agents A/R. Please consult page 13 of this guide for further information.
Bombbomb: Email marketing, agents that would like to participate in this program will need to subscribe to a yearly
account at the agent’s expense.
WiseStamp.com: Custom email signature generator. Annual subscription required.
Sprout Social: Social media scheduler. Monthly subscription required.
Pricing subject to change without notice. Vendors, postage rates change the rate they charge. RPOTS does not mark these
cost up . Therefore any change in cost for printing, card-stock, postage will be billed to the agent at the current rate.
