Chapter 2- Size/ Invertabrate or Vertabrate?
The Flying Lemur is a vertabrate becaus it has a backbone. When the Flying Lemur is fully grow it is 33-38cm.
The eating habits of the Flying Lemur includes leaves,flower buds,tree sap,and flowers fruit.
The Flying Lemur adaptes to the rainforest by having soft membrain around its body. Also so they are hard to find they use camofladge and concelment.
The Flying Lemur has shades of gray, reddish-brown and sometimes with white spots. They have wings and a tiny nose that is furry. The Flying Lemur are like bats with large eyes and blade like teeth.
Chapter 6- Interesting Facts
The Flying Lemur is not actually a lemur! They are very similar to bats. Adult size is reached in only two or three years of age. The Flying Lemur has toes. The Flying Lemur lives in the holes of trees.
