Parents, please be sure to not park in the
bus lanes. We have buses coming and
going at all hours of the day for field trips
and special programs, so we are trying
to keep those lanes open at all times.
Please only park in the designated spots
in the parking lot and please do not leave the back
end of your cars hanging into the lane the buses
have to drive through. Thanks.
On Tuesday, March 14, 2017 Boise School District will
hold a bond election to reinvest in our
neighborhood schools and community with no
increase in the current property tax rate.
The District is able to raise $172.5 million WITHOUT
increasing the current property tax rate for property
owners due to:
• Sound financial management and long-term
• Rising property values in Boise
• The expiration of the 2012 levy and 1996
• The restructuring of other long-term debt
The bond addresses overcrowding, outdated and
aging facilities, and gives students access to modern
classrooms and schools that reflect best practices in
education and technology - ensuring students
graduate college and are career ready.
