When and Where?
For 70 years, across 190 countries and territories, UNICEF defends the rights of every child.
The Agency was started after WWII by the United Nations in New York City
It was founded in 1946 and just recently celebrated its 70th adversity
Progression in Laws:
The Trafficking Victims Protection Act was passed by congress thanks to UNICEF.
In 2003 UNICEF also helped create the Child's Rights Acts to help address all the problems in countries such as Nigeria.
